I had a great experience getting a new refrigerator with Alex and Greta . I don’t live close to the location but they had the exact model I had been searching for! Alex helped ensure I was able to get the process done easily online and Greta called to make sure I was aware of a minor imperfection on the side . Really great customer service , and a great price !

Alex at the Kettering location went above and beyond with helping us find our perfect Refrigerator. He was very informative and professional! He took the time to communicate with my husband on product availability. We drove an hour to this location and after visiting SEVERAL different AF stores we were down to one here and one somewhere else. We choose to buy here because of Alex! Go see Alex!

I like to say thanks to the Kettering team, especially Ms.Gretta for helping me find the appliances I needed for my granddaughters new house. I told her that I will check back when her next trucks arrive. I will call first and than I will bring my granddaughter back with me to pick out her appliances..
