Rodney Richardson was EXCELLENT every way…from his warm and welcoming greeting at the door to his detailed and efficient way of handling my cell phone issues. He was able to handle every issue I was having with my phone and be personable, funny and deliver excellent customer service the entire time. WHAT A TREASURE YOU HAVE IN THIS YOUNG MAN! THANK YOU, RODNEY!! ????

Walked in at (apparently) at 9:49am. Door unlocked, guy sitting at table. I take a step inside and hear, "We're not open yet." No good morning, hello, hi...I said, "Oh sorry, what time do you open?" He looked at a clock and said in 11 minutes. Really? Then why is the door unlocked? Could you have said someone will be with you in a few, look around, sorry it is 20 degrees outside? Nope. So, I left, will go to Verizon or AT&T or Specteum to shop. TMobile customer service continues to hit new lows. Thanks for reminding me.

Not impressed with upgrade options here, the worker told me a deal or two but I perceived he could have done more

I can't recommend this store due to a horrible experience there. Was supposed to have an $800 credit on a new phone and my bill would be about $60. The bill turned into $82.29 and I only got a $300 dollar credit, to make matters worse it then went up to $97.29.Hours of phone calls/texting in store visits and eventually the $800 credit was restored but now the bill is $74.16. After months of my bill being $20 and $37 over what I was promised my pay off time was also extended to 26 months total. Now I'm stuck paying extra every month until March of 2025 for a phone I bought in November of 2022I purposefully went to a corporate store thinking it would prevent such problems but was unfortunately incorrect. I have no problems with the cellphone service T-Mobile provides just the customer service I received. I don't think the issue was an intentional lie by the customer service rep who sold the phone but their missteps shouldn't punish a loyal T-Mobile user.EDIT ------- T-Mobile fixed the problems with my account, changing review to 4 stars, while it wasn't perfect It was made correct in the end.

Hakim was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and another customer who came in while I was in the store. Both employees were super friendly. This was the easiest and best experience I’ve had a a t-mobile store.

Please see my new T Mobile review which is 5 stars. I'm leaving this initial one star review to put people on alert. I signed up for the Fixed Wireless Home Internet, with plans to add T Mobile phone service at a later date. I am very pleased with the internet, which is over 10 times faster than my ATT DSL. However there was a dramatic slowdown one morning, which turned out to be just a few hours due to maintenance. I called the tech support number and the robot answered "SALES". Thinking I hit the wrong link, I tried twice more. Same deal. Sales. They want everyone to go to sales for the upsell, before you can go anywhere else. After wasting 40 minutes, I was finally transferred, and again waiting. The whole process left a bad taste in my mouth. Thinking about the free phone deals, with trade in and also the BOGO deals, I googled the ™ community forums. Overwhelming dissatisfaction with customers being promised $ 800 trade ins, and then after sending their phones in (final transaction, no returns), the customers were told their phones weren't eligible, were not in perfect shape, and offered just a few dollars, rather than $ 800. You don't get your old pristine phone back. People claimed they didn't get the credits for the BOGO. When I took the internet, I wanted to activate online, but it went to a page saying Call xxxxx. I called. The CR avoided my questions on the promo and on the bundling discount. She told me I would get e-mails on the promos. None came. I hit the link for a $ 50 prepaid Visa for signing up, but never got the code for the visa. Apparently, by following the instructions to call, I became ineligible. Summary. Low rates, but horrendous customer service with a mission statement to upsell customers by promising the moon. I'm staying with the ™ internet as it works great at my location. Anyone considering phone service, just google, T Mobile free phone scams. Okay for those with a high tolerance for pain.

I love my T-Mobile service, but the staff here are less than knowledgeable about the products they sell. When I had to replace the first phone (after 1 yr) due to it overheating and melting the charging assembly, I purchased the T-Mobile Revvl phone based on the recommendation of the employee there... my mistake... buying another "off brand" phone...From the start I had an intermittent issue with my phone being unable to call out from the handset. I could not reach my voicemail either. The app would just close down. I went to this particular store 3 times to get assistance with the issue. The would clear the cache and it would work for a couple weeks. Then I would have to bring it back in.I had had it with phone and wanted to exchange it (had it 4 months at this time). I was basically told I had two options... buy a new phone or let them replace under warranty. I did not want the phone back as it had been nothing but a problem since it crashed on the second day I owned to a firmware update.I admit I was NOT very polite, as I felt backed into a corner.I left went to a different T-Mobile store and they listened to the problem I was having over and over since owning the phone. They uninstalled the phone app that came with the phone, installed a new dialer program and my issue was resolved in 10 mins...WOW!! 10 mins to fix 4 months of issues and frustrations!I really do not recommend this T-Mobile store until they get better trained staff ( and management!!).... oh, and get the name brand phones!

Absolutely ridiculous ? They will tell you, you're good on your plan & give you a due date & then all of a sudden your service gets shut off. Why tell a customer they are good, then their service gets shut off. Go to cricket. I haven't had any problems with them like T-Mobile.

Wow! Super fast. Not sure if T-mobile got their act together or this location. I got a new phone and line in less than 10 minutes. It was an add to my account. I'm sure new service would be longer. It's taken hours in the past..

When you describe your customer as "not knowing what is going on" right on front of the customer, then try and back peddle your way out... Trust me pal I want to back peddle too, right out of my contract with you.
