“Decent little shop, I've had interactions with multiple employees the few times I've been there and they seem like nice people. The negative reviews seem to be blown out of proportion and maybe are made by people who have a pre WW2 ideal of what customer service should be? I've never had my questions ignored or rude interactions. Can't comment on their knowledge base as it has never came up in my visits.”

“I visited this shop the other day and I must say I was absolutely IMPRESSED!! sad that there's only 5 stars, I'd give 100 if I could. They were kind,they were knowledgeable with their product, they didn't mind that I was a mom that had to bring her little one into the store. And it was so funny they have a kitty cat who also plays tag. So while I was busy on the phone with my credit card company, my little one was distracted with QUIET LITERALLY skipping around shelves while the kitty chased her in an entertaining game of tag. then when my card company wanted to act stupid the manager was kind enough to help me in a pinch. Will definitely be a repeat customer ?”
“Great cigar lounge with an expansive selection of cigars to choose from. The walk in humidor seemed to be well controlled when it comes to RH. If the walk in wasn't enough, there were four other enclosed areas for cigars. Despite the five separate cigar locations, they were all pretty organized, according to brand. Staff were pleasant and able to answer any questions I had. Seating inside is a bit limited, but it's a happy trade off for the amount of cigars available to purchase. Highly suggest you stop in for a look. I'd be shocked if you walked out empty handed.”

They always have great recommendations and i never run out of choices. The shop has a wide selection for everyone and is well organized and managed. “Products are great, service is excellent and I was very impressed by the Black Friday deals they gave us. My only POSSIBLE issue is that I need to speak to someone who works there but can’t get anyone to answer the phone nor am I able to leave a message. Is there a general system for customers to contact the store? If not, a simple voicemail box or customer contact option on a website would work great. Also, may as well get a website. ??♀️

They are able to offer the city's best prices for disposable vapes . Their selection has been getting better and better all year and is now exceptional. They have a very good selection of electronic and glass vaporizers. I also found their staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended as Dayton's best choice for vapes and vape supplies.”
“We recently moved to town and have adopted K D as oyr smoke shop. The woman who waited on us the first time was very nice and answered all our questions. She helped us choose an equivalent product since they don't have our preferred brand here and was right on the nose.
They also have just about everything you need from roll your own to cigars and also carry many smoking implements and even a few recreational mj options along with pipes, etc. Reasonable prices, too!”
