About 8 years ago we bought a sofa, ottoman, and Mission Chair. All were the Stickley brand. Earlier this year, we went back to update a room. We purchased a large loveseat, a recliner with ottoman, and have another recliner with ottoman on order. All are the Stressless brand. We have been pleased with all aspects of the operation. That's the salespeople, the products, and the delivery people. The owners and salespeople must be going crazy with the long lead times for the furniture. It's not just them. Our local Amish furniture store has a sign at the entrance letting people know delivery time will be 6 months plus.

Bought our perfect custom couch here after looking at other local stores and going to Cincinnati and Columbus. Since then I have a also purchased tables and lamps. Love this store. Customer service is to notch. I find that it is fine furniture at a fair price.
