I am currently stuck on the side of the road in TN because a part fell off of my rental. I am on the side of a highway in a dangerous location and can lot move the vehicle. I purchased the insurance and roadside assistance for this vehicle. I have been stuck for almost 2 hours now with no help. I have called and submitted a request online. This is unacceptable. If you are reading this on 3/27/22 around 7:30 PM ET, please get us help NOW!

I rented a 10 foot Uhaul truck on 11/3/21 From 3-6 pm. I returned at 5:55 which is 5 minutes before they close. Apparently they closed early without notice. I left my Uhaul keys in the drop box. When I was emailed my receipt on the following day I was charged an "after hours fee" of $20. I've called the office 5 times without an answer. I just want the fee removed since I returned before "after hours". Everything else was fine with truck but the fact that they are unwilling or unable to answer the phone or return calls is the reason for my review. This website says they close at 5 but the sign on the door say 6pm. I could confirm which is correct if they would answer their phone.

Called needed a uhaul quick they had one. Then a another way came ip that I could do. Called back to cancel reservation there was no problem with me doing the guy on the was so nice about it. I would definitely go there if the need arises agian.

Went to rent a dolly. After I left the guy charged my credit card for another $90.00! Got my money back from my card company. Nothing but cheats and thieves.
