The branch itself is great, always happy to help me. I have a problem with the automated phone system that hangs up on you after 2 rings. That's basically telling your customers their problems don't matter unless they're annoying and call back continuously, getting more and more irritated with each hang up. I think yall need to do better on a corporate level.

Not very friendly when I went in to cash a check today at 10 a.m , It started okay but quickly turned not so nice when I ask a simple question about a check cashing fees which I assumed would be okay, the lady took it as I was questioning her authority, and turned conversation in another direction which was disappointing.

Only reason I dont like US bank is its the only bank account I've had where they charge you money every month for not having a certain amount of money in the account. Otherwise good bank.

The branch manager wasted my time, scheduled an appointment to open new account for me, when I arrived he says the open account system is down and other operations system is working which not true, they were helping customers, he simply signed me out.
