Vacuum Concepts is a top-notch company with fast, fairly priced, and friendly service. They fixed a clogged power tube within an hour, exceeding expectations. Customers highly recommend this place for any vacuum or sweeper repairs, as they do a wonderful and reasonably priced job, making cleaning tools look like new. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, setting a great example for other businesses.

Just came from the Kettering location and I am so happy! I thought I needed a new motor for my beater bar & worried about cost. Turns out I just needed new beater bar...which they had IN STOCK! Price was so reasonable and service was quick & friendly. You need vacuum help? Go see these folks at Vacuum Concepts!
