I recently switched my wireless service from Verizon to ATT. We had purchased phones through Verizon and were making payments on them with our monthly statements. I knew I would be responsible to pay for the phones and had planned on doing so. The monthly statements were automatically withdrawn from my savings account. Shortly after switching, Verizon the took it upon themselves to just remove the entire amount from my account without notification of this action, nor did the provide me with an invoice explaining the charges. The withdrawal was made from my savings account on 3/13/2025. I called customer service on 3/14/25 and spoke to a representative. I explained the issue to him. He then told me that he would put a copy in the mail on Monday and I should receive it by Friday. He also told me that he would send a description of the charges to my email address while online with him. The email never came through. He said maybe I had a slow connection to continue to wait. I told him I had received five emails since he told me he sent it and none of them were from Verizon, I then gave him another email address to send it to and I went through the same issue. No email arrive. And still have not arrived just as the invoice he promised has not arrived. I still do not know what exactly what I was charged for and I feel they are purposely delaying it knowing that I need to turn in this invoice to ATT to get rebates that would cover the cost of the phones that has to be turned in within 60 days in order for me to get the rebates. They should have not withdrawn the money from my account without notifying me first, and not without a description of the charges so that if I had a dispute, I could discuss it at that time prior to withdrawing my money.

Changing to Verizon has been the worst decision I've made in the last two years. Impossible to speak to a person on the phone; so I stop into the store and they want $49.95 to look in to my inquiry about their threatening text messages. They have me on autopay against my better judgment and are texting me that they're shutting me down if I don't pay my bill. They need to look into this but ignore my request to do so. Poor communication for a communication company!

Tyler was amazing and worked with a very broken phone to transfer all of my texts and contact info. He also helped me understand how to use my new phone. Wonderful employee. I think Tyler is brilliant. I will be back to see him if I have any issues.
