Taking way too long to fill prescriptions. Sometimes, I even get a notification that it's done. So I go there, and they say they didn't know I even needed it filled. This has been happening more and more since 2021. They randomly shut down, I'm sure, due to a lack of employees. Senior management needs to figure out what's going on there and fix it.

Waited in car line over 30 minutes they said myRXwas not ready come back in 30 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later waits in line inside over30 minutes and prescription was still not ready. The pharmacist was rude.

The workers are so nice and genuine, the pharmacy is amazing truly have always had great customer service. This location really goes above and beyond for people. The manger is one of the kindest people you can ever met.

Made a purchase today, asked the cashier if I had points? She said no, I told her I saw 7.00 on my app. She ignored me and continued the transaction stating I did not have points. She looked like she may have been a manager? Looked again and I definitely have 7.00

The pharmacy techs at this location are rude and lazy. They will mess up your order and then laugh at you when you have to return to get your full order. Just rude and embarrassing. Have some respect for yourself and your customers.

Extremely poor service...understandable that these things happen on occasion but after more than a handful of visits I have yet to have a positive experience with this location. Worth going elsewhere.

Lousy service they have botched my prescription 4 out of 7 months. They even closed the pharmacy gate right in front of my face at 3pm, theywere supposed be open til 10. The rx was ready, a customer in front of me asked for her rx and was handed it, mine was ready. They refused to hand it to me. I had to make an emergency call to my doctor. They have been rude, inefficient, they have lied to me on more than one occasion. INCOMPETENT AND RUDE!! Looking for a new pharmacy.

Stopped coming here years ago when gave me trouble filling a prescription for my daughter who was sitting in the car post surgery & swore I would not come back. Today, same kid, had all her wisdom teeth pulled and we decided to go here so we could get mashed potatoes at kfc afterwards, & they took the scripts AND ins card and spent 5-10 min looking for her in their system just to tell me they don't take her insurance!! Why don't you start with that instead of waste my time while my kid lays here in pain.... DONE with them!
