Absolute garbage. I called to see when my scripts would be ready at 4pm and they told me they would be good to go at 6pm. I go in at 6:45 and they tell me 20 more minutes. Learn some competency if you're going to work in a pharmacy it's rather simple!

Doctor sent in the prescription and it took about 2 hrs for them to even get it in their system. Not sure if that's just a Walgreens thing or this one specifically. I offered them to input the insurance card while we waited for the prescription and the pharmacist/tech said "well do that when you get your prescription in". Seemed pretty lazy when the Walgreens on N Fairfield has done that for me in the past.

Having my covid vaccine on october1, 3023. The pharmacist called Friday and said that it had to be canceled because of a nation wide shortage. No one else has a shortage.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They blame their system for their errors and don’t attempt in any way to rectify their errors or provide customer service. I will not be returning to this pharmacy or store for any needs.

Today, September 2 at approximately 4 PM, a friend and I went to use the Western Union service. The one that was in front sent us to use the machine but we told her that we don't know how to use it. A second one arrived, saying how can I help you ? I told her to send money through western union, she told me, use the machine, I repeated again, I don't know how to use it, could you please help me? She told me with an attitude, I don't know how to use it either, I didn't say anything, I just got out, I don't understand what kind of service that is or is it discrimination for being Hispanic.

Rude. The young cashier and the shift lead just stood there and didnt say anything while i awkwardly waited for them to finish whatever they were doing? Never got a hello, how are you, sorry for the wait. Nothing. I was barely even acknowledged. Im not asking for a whole conversation, but jeez. Workers literally act like we are inconvenience on them.

The pharmacy staff is amazing! Definitely went above and beyond when we were in need due to a horrible experience with CVS in Oakwood. Glad to be a new customer of this location.

RUDE…. I was on hold for 13 minutes and then hung up on. They don’t care about helping you or trying to assist you in anyway.. definitely fed up with the way the women act there.

Recently I switched from cvs due to insurance and to say this this location has a poor rating is too good of a review. I only got 5 pills with not a word so in 5 days I got 25. When I called to refill they said it was too soon . The "manager" instead of pharmacist yelled who picked up your meds cause you are taking them wrong. So unprofessional right off the bat I couldn't ask questions because I was hung up on. Do not go to this overstressed store recently taking on customers from Kroger. No stress now, I switched walgreens.

Ignored my curbside pickup for 15 minutes, went inside and to wait around the pickup area for no one to come help for another 10 minutes with no help. Just annoying to try and order from this store, go to Kroger across the street.

Pharmacy is horrible,went 5 times with my trelegy coupon and they told me it was still gonna cost me $600 had prescription sent to Kroger in Sugarcreek and got it for free with my coupon...

Incompetent pharmacy techs. They messed up my Rx and then laughed in my face when I came to pick it up, for the second time. Specifically the girl with comically large and fake eyelashes.Where is the zero star option?

The pharmacy techs at this location are rude and lazy. They will mess up your order and then laugh at you when you have to return to get your full order. Just rude and embarrassing. Have some respect for yourself and your customers.

This has been my preferred pharmacy for years. I know that the last couple years have significantly affected the work force, but the basic ability to function in a remotely timely manner has absolutely disappeared. It now takes days to get a prescription filled, and I’m currently on hold for 22 minutes and counting to speak to a human on the phone. It says there was one call ahead of me. Wow. Just beyond ridiculous. Save yourself some stress and go anywhere else.

Extremely poor service...understandable that these things happen on occasion but after more than a handful of visits I have yet to have a positive experience with this location. Worth going elsewhere.
