“Registers are always down. Cash only.”“Can’t take orders currently through the drive thru. You have to come into lobby”“No frosties this weekend”Actual quotes from their staff that I have been told multiple times over.Wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes while the staff are outside getting high and it is wafting in my windows. ?Idk who owns this location, but some of the poorest management in fast food that I have seen.

Very slow, almost 30minute wait in the drivethru and the food was cold!!4 Years since my last review and this location has the worst service. Most of the time only taking cash. I have stopped going to this location because 9 out of 10 times I can not get service.

I observed a male employee preparing food with a single cigarette hanging from atop his left ear. Not the most appealing aesthetics that could also affect the quality of food.

Thank you Earl the manager for an amazing experience. I came in for lunch during work. They were short staffed , but they all were working hard. I had forgotten my wallet and tried to pay by phone but their card reader was malfunctioning. Considering I had no other way to pay, they still were able to help me out get me some lunch. The managers were apologetic and extremely generous. If I'm in the area I will 100 percent go back. Thank you for the hot lunch and absolutely amazing service.

Extraordinarily rude employees.I’ve worked in fast food, I get you don’t love your job but that’s no reason to make it everyone else’s problem. Severe attitude issues with these people.Slow service and old food, Wendy’s is never great but this one should be shut down.

Service is bad, food is bad, store is filthy. It's amazing a health inspector hasn't shut any of the stores in Kettering down, they are all like this. The food tasted like it had been sitting being warmed for way longer than it should. My dog wouldn't even eat the fries... Then, we place a mobile order today and they make us walk in for no reason. I was just here a week or so ago and that was %100 not the case. Ownership really needs to get a handle on their staff, these stores did not used to be this bad. Don't bother trying with customer service either. They never even answered the phone or chat after 20 minutes of waiting.

Always come here after work and not able to get anything cause there is a 10 minute wait or no one answers on drive thru speaker even tho all the employees are out back

I went thru the drive thru at 8:30 AM after hearing on the radio that Wendy's had a Leap Day freebie, the Cinnabon pull apart. The drive thru lady said her system was rebooting, and it would be 5 minutes before she could take any orders. I said thats fine, I would wait. I waited 10 minutes just to be sure, and went back through. I ordered a biscuit bacon egg and cheese combo with coffee. The staff was courteous and friendly, the food was delicious! Got my freebie, too, it was so good! It was a real egg on my sandwich too! Great drive thru experience, worth the wait on the reboot! Great value too, <$7 for my meal.
