Sure would be nice if the office was actually open during posted hours. In the year since Prestige took over, I have had to come back at total of 5 times because they decided that the customers weren't interesting enough to open the office for.
I especially like their closed office on 8/3/24, the first saturday of the month, right when people want to pay their bills. Really good customer service people!
Since taking over, they have removed all discounts, raised prices and added an insurance requirement while reducing customer service.

Great price and location. Had a storage unit ready to go for me the day I walked in. Property is clean and feels safe moving my valuables in by myself. They also have moving trucks available to rent for when I’m ready to move to a home with more storage space.

I was not impressed with any change that came with the transfer of ownership from the privately and family owned Woodman Storage to the corporately owned and operated Prestige Storage. Changes included increased costs, lessened rodent control, and less personal service that made continued patronage untenable.

Angie was great on all levels. She kept it real and on point about what I needed to rent space. The place is super clean and I felt that all my needs were taken care of. I left feeling satisfied with a smile on my face. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

My unit had an old dirty mattress/box spring in it when I got there. I had to clean out the unit myself before placing my stuff in it. The place was closed on the day I went so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone and needed to put my stuff in the unit asap because I was on a time crunch.

Especially compared to the last storage unit I worked with, you guys are SO much better. The facility is nicer, the manager has checked in with me multiple times to see if I have questions, and the payment process is easier.

I came in to potentially rent a storage space from the company,and was Immediately greeted with a smile and politeness by the manager Eugene s.I asked so many questions and was very frustrated with other companies I had went to prior to here and Eugene never got frustrated with me even though I took up around 20 minutes of his day just asking questions he answered everyone of them with a smile.I end up not going with the company just yet because of personal reasons but when I'm ready I will most definitely be back and will tell everyone to do the same .
