Go somewhere else to open your checking accounts. I've had so many problems with ksb in last 4 yrs. They're so paranoid of loosing money they take 2 weeks to make funds available for 10 grand! They're workers are mostly angry an disrespectful Karen's. Also the worse app of any banking app.also never answer the phone

Enjoy the staff in Apple Valley, but for online access to my wife's account and mine, we are locked out or they don't recognize my ID and PW most of the time. Recently, Customer Service didn't answer the phone. I never have this with my other banks. Need in-house IT?
