Why the rude attitude? I was just trying to mail a box. Apparently I have the wrong label for the box. But I don't need to be told off like I'm 5. Do better, people.

Starting to get frustrated with the way they are handling our mail either putting the wrong mail in our box or stuffing packages that are way to big for our box an not able to pull it out. Makes you wonder what all you haven't received.

Kings Post office is my go to place to drop off packages. I get to see Chris and his team there 3 times a week. They are super friendly and always willing to answer questions. Quick and easy everytime.

Super rude. Red haired Lady running the counter knew a customer was in the lobby but continued to stay on her cell phone in the back. I didn’t know the shipping process (I’m used to UPS) asked to use some tape and was rudely told to buy some- so I walked out. Maybe you could offer kindness and assistance to someone who doesn’t know the process the first time.

I drop off packages regularly and work with a couple of their employees. Very helpful, friendly AND knowledgeable. A small Post Office with minimum staff but the area's community obviously has grown significantly. They do a great job.
