“I had to get my dog put to sleep. They were very kind, patient, understanding, and caring towards my mother and I while we were there with my pup. They let us stay with Beau up until the very end, and they let us talk about him to them. I received his remains back today, and they ensured he was respected and loved and cared for while that process was happening. They also sent me and my mom a condolence card, which made me feel understood and let me know people care while I am grieving. They are a wonderful team of people that are kind, loving, and respectful. I couldnt ask for anything better for my dog's final moments. Thank you.”
