“worst nightmare in my life booking a cruise with this Branch. one minute I'm being told that I could receive a refund the next minute I'm being told I can't get a refund that has to be issued in a voucher. while having everything in writing saying I am due a refund. customer service never followed up with any of the issues that we were having basically just told us there's nothing that they can do for us. save your time and go to another branch. in touch with the district manager now so maybe they can help me very disappointed on the way this whole process was handled”

The roadside assistant is superb . Had to use it, the other day, and the problem wasn't just a battery charge. The technicians arrange for that call, not to count, and I had to call out for a tow instead, I appreciate that benefit being offer.”
