BEWARE!!! Terrible experience today! My poor dog became infested with flees while I was out of town, I bought him in today, after waiting 40 minutes for the doctor to come in. we talked about doing vaccines but I didn't know that would triple the price of the appointment. This vet office does NOT work well with chewy.com. They refused to verify the flea perception over the phone or via fax. Chewy offered the same flea medicine for $70 cheaper, so after spending $180 on a basic visit I would've been nice to save $70 on the medication. The office was not willing to help with this and refused to speak with chewy. So rude and ridiculous. They clearly want you to buy it from them and are making it impossible for me to get my dog the medicine he needs without ripping me off. I'll be posting to yelp as well. And disputing the charge with the bank.

Their bad practices absolutely killed my brother's dog. It was heart wrenching. And the vets attitude about what happened was despicable. Find another vet.

I couldn't ask for better vets to take care of our dogs and cats! Dr Stephanie is a dream come true! She is up to date on all the latest treatments and is so caring and respectful! All of her colleagues are wonderful too!! They truly care about our animals that are like children to us!!

October 2019 by Sydney P.
If I could give zero I would. Honestly absolutely furious at what happened Friday October 11, 2019. I scheduled a spay maybe a month or so ago. When we chose that date I gave a wide window of the 11th till the 18th to get this done. I DID NOT give one date. the schedule person chose that day. When I asked if we needed to get her at 4 (because we had a cat with dental surgery and that was the experience) she told me no and that we wouldn't be able to pick her up till October 12th. We got an email confirmation a few days before the day of the spay and NOTHING was said that she wouldn't be aloud to stay. Considering I was explicitly told she would have to be kept I made plans that night. When my fiancé dropped her off he was all the sudden told she wouldn't be kept. HOW IS THAT NOT SOMETHING SOMEONE WOULD INFORM US OF CONSIDERING WE WERE ALREADY TOLD SHE WOULD BE KEPT. Then instead of them problem solving and handling this then selves I had to answer my phone in the middle of a busy work day to figure out who could transport our puppy to another facility. Luckily my fiancé can take sudden days off and so he then had to give up a day at work to transport her. We are already 45 mins away from this hospital making us almost an hour away from big creek. Then once we got there they made snarky comments about not being around and what did our schedule look like to come get our dog the next day all in all we will be finding a new vet to take care of our three animals because this experience was absolutely abhorrent.
