My Whirlpool washing machine had developed a strange issue where it wanted to drain even when no water was left. I asked for repair the Whirlpool site. The only option in the area listed was Ford’s, so I was automatically placed with them for service. They called me within a few hours and diagnosed the issue over the phone (a known problem Whirlpool is aware of and addresses for free). He ordered the necessary part. It arrived within about three weeks and I was called to schedule service. The appointment I got was just three days from that call. The fellow who fixed the washer was within the timeframe discussed and in and out within minutes. Super smooth experience, and my washer is working great (doing a LOT of loads after all that time without a machine!).

It was a pretty long wait for the part we needed to come in, but it's not their fault. I think it had to be ordered directly from Whirlpool. When the part did come they came and quickly fixed our washer. So far it's running great!

Fords returned my call right away and came when scheduled, that right there is hard to find these days! The tech quickly diagnosed my dishwasher issue and made the repair. Cost was very reasonable, thanks Ford's!

Scheduled warranty work to be done on our washing machine and waited a week for the appointment. During the week tried to contact Fords 3 seperate times never answered the phone. Day of the scheduled appointment they never showed up. Terrible way to run a business!!

Ford's was able to fit me in the next day after I called. He was professional and found the problem quickly. He ordered the part and as soon as he received it made the repair in two days. The cost was reasonable. I will call them for all my appliance repairs in the future.

I called 2 1/2weeks ago and explained my problem and they said they had to order parts. I called today to follow-up since I hadn't heard from them and either no one picks up or the phone rings busy. This company has wasted my time.

Guy came for a call on refrigerator. Put a line valve in to check pressure. Valve was broken, told me he would order parts. Been over 6 months, won't answer calls. They only do the easy system charge work but don't actually do replacement of parts. The compressor runs and should have been an easy fix. Suggested I buy a new refrigerator

My washer has been broken under warranty for 4 months. Ford was supposed to order parts and repair it. I called them a couple times and was told parts weren’t in yet and then over the past 2 weeks I have left 3 voicemails with no return phone calls. My husband finally got through today and they said they couldn’t get ahold of us and returned our parts and canceled our order. After further investigation with whirlpool warranty the parts were never ordered. Waste of time. Call elsewhere if you need a job done.Service: Washing machine repair

The repairman showed up half hour within the time frame I was given, instead of having to wait all day. I told him my problem and he knew exactly what was wrong, he had it fixed right away! I was very pleased with the work that was done.Service: Dryer repair

Ford's is the only place to call if you need your appliances fixed. They are friendly, knowledgeable, show up on time and reasonably priced.
