I never have left a bad review until today, which makes me sad.
I made an appointment on-line because no one answered the phone. (I was told they are all independent stylists so, apparently, there is no reason to call.) No, I didn’t get a confirmation but an appointment was available. I tried to book it the day of more than one hour before the appointment was offered. The stylist did not check her phone. Apparently she had an appointment for herself elsewhere but the 11:15 was offered. If you offer a time, wouldn’t you check on that? So, there I sat at 11:15 and no one came. Another sweet stylist said she would call to check. The stylist that she called said she couldn’t take my appointment. I could schedule for later in the day but I had already changed my schedule to get a simple haircut.
Listen, ladies, if you want to have your own business, you have to take care of business. Needless to say I am disappointed in not getting a haircut, but I’m disappointed in the way this was handled. Don’t offer something if you can’t honor it.
Plus, I really dislike this online scheduling. A phone call could have avoided this problem. People don’t talk with one another any more. Online - how impersonal.
I’m sorry for the rant. I don’t live here so take my words and thoughts for what they’re worth.

I'm a retired hair stylist and quite picky! Terry did a phenomenal job on my hair! I showed her a picture and I'll tell you, I feel 10 years younger! My hair looks exactly like the pic I showed her. Thanks so much Terry! I was also impressed with the cleanliness during these trying times with the Covid. I assure you that you will be relaxed and very happy at Just Teasen Salon in Lagrange!

Worked with Mandie today and she was FREAKING AMAZING! Amazing color and excellent knowledge. I presented her with a challenge and she tackled it with amazing success! You can't go wrong with being in her chair!
