Allow me to begin by saying how timely and professional Mike was from the moment I did the pre register questionnaire online. From A to Z, Mike made quick work of getting me set up. A business owner that does what he says and shoots straight. Being active duty military, I needed a reputable place to store belongings for longer durations and Mike got it done for me within minutes. I rented here for nearly 3 years and I have to say once the new owner Mike took over things really stepped up. In my first year I had issues left and right and noticed there would be items just sitting outside storage lockers for months..then turned into a year and on. Mike took over and cleaned everything up, cleaned out old storage units, cleaned up the concrete, fixed electrical issues right away, ect… since then things have been taken care of. GREAT SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We were on our way to get some things out of our unit. Half way through our trip we realized we didn’t have our key. I called Mike and he cut our lock at no cost and was extremely understanding. He could have charged me anything he wanted but I’m grateful he didn’t. Another reason for a 5 star review is the place is clean and mike always answers when I text or call no matter the time. So I want to say thank you Mike and I’m happy we picked you to store out families things.

I have had a unit at Keystone Storage for many years. I never had any issues with my unit and in fact, the premises have been improved on since I started renting there, most noticeably the security fencing, cameras and keypad entry. Mike has been incredibly great to work with, responding to my texts or calls quickly, friendly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Keystone if you need a storage space.

Mike was awesome and getting me into the right size unit at the time I needed. Moving out was a breeze. I love that it is gated, passcode needed and surveillance 24 hours. Highly recommend this place and Mike!

I had a storage unit here for over 5 years. This is a great, out of the way, almost hidden storage unit area. Awesome security with the cameras and gate! Nice clean units (none of my stuff was damaged from sitting there) and it is very reasonably priced! The property manager, Mike is very prompt and polite when responding to any questions! Highly recommend!

Mike was super easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that it can be a little tight at times with a full size truck and trailer to navigate around. Otherwise the short few months i had my belongings here everything stayed dry and wasn't infested with bugs or vermin.

New owner/operator who runs it well now. Very secure and convenient location in heart of Lagrange. Fast all-online rental and unit access. Accessible from Oberlin College which is helpful. Cheaper than most other locations in area.
