“The in-office is extremely patient and helpful when we have multiple packages to send out. They happily provide advice on the best packaging options for specific products, price range, and shipping speed. Also, since Holly took over our delivery route we haven't had any issues with lost or delayed mail/packages - Holly goes the extra mile to place our package in a secure/dry spot. Compared to all of the other places we've lived, the Spencer USPS staff has been the friendliest and most helpful!”

“I live a half an hour away from this post office and I stopped in to drop off a package. While in line, I noticed the item I was delivering was sticking out from between the box and box opening. I thought I was not going to be able to have the package delivered when the front desk clerk was kind enough to put tape over the opening. I am so very grateful due to the timeliness needed in this delivery. As a former employee of the post office, I applaud his hospitality as I know this is not the norm. Keep it up and and I hope your energy spreads throughout the post office culture.”
