Don't trust this company! I purchased from them through Amazon and they play games with shipping the orders out by sending a key-chain in-place of my large printer order, then tells me they are shipping the large item order from their own warehouse. Telling me I can keep the key-chain that was sent from Amazon. They do this on purpose to TRICK the amazon system! I had to return the printer do to damage so I went into my Amazon account and SpaceBound uploaded their OWN return label. It was fine up until the system showed the return was received and to wait 3 days for the seller to respond for full refund. Well the seller did something in their amazon account to wipe out the return label tracking and my account went back to no return was received. No notification from the seller as to why they did this. Meanwhile Amazon had already refunded me when the label showed return received but after the seller did something the returned info was gone and my account went back to no return was received. Amazon charge my card thinking the return was not received. This is a manipulation of the Amazon system and to trick the system to not refund the customer. I contacted Amazon and they assured me they will refund me AGAIN after I was on the phone for an hour with 2 reps, a manager and the billing department finally refunded AGAIN. Amazon admitted it was the seller that manipulated the system and they will escalate and report to the department that handles this issue. There are complaints online with other customers who have all had same problem with this seller upload their own labels to Trick the system to not refund.

Stay away from anything that’s affiliated with this company space bound. They’re crooks, created a fake label and tracking number for an item I ordered through Amazon. I’ve never received the product

I had an issue with a purchase from Amazon. Was being told I wasn't going to get my money back for an item that arrived broken. I contacted SpaceBound directly and spoke to Jacob, he took care of everything within 5 mins, very pleasant to speak with and everything was well in the world, or at least with this purchase. :)Thank you Jacob!

Bought a fireplace "realistic flame" insert. Totally boring, "yellow!" Returned for that misleading reason. They charged a return charge tho they sold thru Amazon

Shipped a headset without the earpieces. I spent a considerable amount of time just getting them to cover the return shipping. Finally when I get my refund they put a 20% deduction on there claiming the earpieces were in the package. Feeling extremely scammed. Reached out to the CEO with no response.

This company sent me a bread maker that I didnt order. How'd they get my address? Who knows. Watching my bank account to see if I'm charged. I think they work with Amazon, so I'm trying to contact them. Have you ever tried to contact Amazon directly? Yep. It sucks. Beware!

Ordered from them and cancelled it right away. Original order shows 3 weeks before delivery. Cancel before shipment for refund. I canceled the order within 10mins. So first thing the next morning instead of doing right by the customer they decided to print ship label and emailed me right after starting they're sorry but it has been shipped already. I called fedex and they said no it has not been scanned onto a truck. FedEx rep said with Shippers approval he can cancel it. I got them on the phone and they lied again stating FedEx has picked up the order already. FedEx rep said no it hasn't and it can be cancelled with your approval so it doesn't ship. Nicki from DealClock said no and hung up the phone. Their customer service is terrible. They must be extremely desperate for any order they can get their hands on.

This seller listed m2 drives as 2.5's on Amazon, with pictures of 2.5 drives It was still that way at the time of this review. I paid over $660. for them. They listed them wrong then wouldn't send me the right ones or refund my money right away. I have to wait about 10 days to get a refund because SpaceBound listed them wrong. They blamed it on Amazon's. I will NOT buy from this seller and highly suggest you don't either.

Bought a new item from them. Had some parts missing. Made one phone call to them. And with in 10 minutes I received a email that my parts have been shipped out . Very satisfied with customer service

A terrible, time wasting, inconvenience of a business. I purchased an Asus ROG Rampage VI Extreme, they charged the account, and sold the motherboard out from under me, canceling the order 2 days after funds were taken. Oddly enough this is now the second time this has happened with this vendor particularly through Amazon. Thanks so much for all the time wasting and the terrible experience.
