Went to drop off boxes of items on 12/22/24..The man who came out to pick up boxes, was very rude..looked at my items and kept criticizing the items I was donating..many were vintage items that we were originally going to sell online, but busy and decided to donate instead..I resent the fact that I donated items that were good items only to be insulted..from now on, I will donate to another donation center..

I found a shirt it was 4.85 but it had arm pit stains on it so I asked if they would discount it for me and I could possibly get the stains out.. the manager said no it’s full price if you want it, if you don’t want it we are throw it away.. you would think they would want to make a little bit of money and then I could work on it getting it cleaned but instead they will loose out plus basically tell me sorry screw you …we are throwing it out.. this is not good business… they are to help people

Very disappointed 3 items an including half off. Almost 9.00 just wow. I believe I'll go back to salvation army. At least I know what the prices are on each item. Goodwill ur too expensive for the average poor person that is barely getting by in life. Ur color tags mean nothing if we don't know what the actual price is. .

My favorite Goodwill in the area. Great furniture, home & kitchen, and bedding sections and they still sell VHS which I really appreciate. The folks who work here are super friendly too and are accepting of visibly queer people.
