I needed a replacement of the ECT sensor on my 2016 Equinox. Could do it myself but knew it would take longer, chains want $300-450. I bought the part for $39. Dave got me in same day, 20 minutes, installed and out the door, much much cheaper! Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, reliable, affordable. Highly recommend! 💯

If you find yourself in this small town with an auto problem, this is the place to call. Many times I’ve needed help in this area and have had difficulty finding any, and opting to look to bigger cities. There is no Mercedes dealership to be found in this area. Dave handled my dead battery with care. He came out to my house and fixed it in the driveway. Mind you it was during the coldest weather of the year, single digit temperatures, and he came and worked in the elements until the job was done. Mind you we had a frozen hood latch for days, he never relented. Then his supplier sent him the wrong battery. Never phased, he ordered the other one and never complained. His price was fair, his work was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to try them out.

Absolutely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Had one of our vehicles in for service and they failed to repair it. Paid in full and still not in working condition. Got frustrated with them as they couldn’t get the job done and attempted to tow our vehicle away today from their shop only to find out it’s blocked and they can’t tow it at the moment! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable business practices! Do not even try anything as we took photos just in case but we will be returning shortly with the police to ensure we get our vehicle back! This business is not to be trusted!

Brake job cost half price of what the dealer wanted. Customer service is top notch, They gave me a ride home. The job was done an hour and a half early

On vacation to Put-In-Bay and these guys came in clutch. My car was having break trouble just before we arrived to the Ferry. Christiansen’s fixed my breaks in the long term parking lot without me having to be there. Great Service and experience all around. I will be using them again if I ever have trouble with my car in this area.

I have a truck on Kelley's Island that was in need of a wheel bearing. I found Christiansen on Google and gave them a call. The shop is close the ferry dock in Marblehead, so quite convenient. David communicated well and was cooperative with my odd ball schedule. Upon replacing the wheel bearing, he discovered the brake caliper was damaged (as a result of the total bearing failure). He replaced the caliper and bearing quickly, at a fair price, and was flexible with payment options and drop off/pick up. The work was performed correctly. He could have taken advantage of my situation given I live in Columbus with a place on the island, but he treated me well. I have since recommended to friends on the island and their experience has been the same. Thank you, David, for doing right by the islanders!

Had a oil pump installed and the vehicle blew up 56 miles later . When we returned they said they would fix it . 3 months later we stopped by to see when it will be repaired and they said . They dont gurantee oil pumps very unprofessional . Just left courthouse from making paper out to take tben to court .
