I ran into a problem with my Mercury Verado at Mazurik's early in the morning on April 24th. I ran into a couple guys from New York while loading the boat back on the trailer after the problem and they suggested I wait for Mike and Rory at their shop at 8:00 (they helped them earlier in the week). I am REALLY glad I did. Rory and Brit got my boat right on the computer and couldn't find anything wrong with it in the shop - after literally checking everything. Brit then CAME BACK WITH ME to Mazurik's with computer and tools to see if we could figure it out ON THE WATER!! UNBELIEVABLE emergency service! I can believe they would act this promptly to get me back out. I am literally blown away with their willingness to drop everything to help me!!

I was having an issue with my boat and the service manager listened to my issues then gave me some advice on the problem.. I had my boat back up and running in no time.. Thanks guys for the great service and advice

Just bought another boat was having some fuel line issues, I have taken 2 of my other boats to Mike's dockside in the past and received professionalism with great results, so I decided to take this boat in and just have them do the fuel lines right. To make a long story short if I would of replaced the fuel lines myself, I would of blew a piston right threw the block. Luckily I didn't thanks to Rory perram and his staff at Mike's dockside they found this issue on the fuel line replacement that #3 piston was shot and cylinder walls scorched by there knowledge and professionalism. I know bad news is never good news but they saved my motor and are working hard to get it back to new. I am very loyal to Mike's dockside,Rory and their staff. I rate the business a 5 ⭐ and I rate Rory and his staff a 5 ⭐ and I will always seek their customer courtesy,honesty,knowledge, professionalism and speed of service with any of the boats I ever own again in the future.Do it right the first time!Thank You all at Mike's your amazing Rory.Truly Kenny Thompson⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Service: Engine repair

I called a few places in early May to see who could get my boat in the fastest and Milkes told me 2-3 weeks. (First of many lies)So I decided on them, 5 weeks later I called them back again and they said they didn’t know what boat was mine and what was the OH numbers?? after another week they called and said what the issue was and charged me 3 times the amount it should cost. Called them again mid July for the 10th time and they said they sent me an email a week earlier that it was ready which they didn’t do and I finally got my boat 7 weeks later. And $3000 plus later after replacing a freeze plug ,oil pressure sensor and clean out plug. End of story the boat runs great but the customer service and lies were very unprofessional so beware. Bad experience.
