“Total satisfaction right from the start! We were headed from Columbus, Ohio, to the ferry to Kelly's Island when our tire was punctured by a nail. We left our car at Howards for tire repair and went on to the island. After a long day on the island, we returned to find the tire repaired for a very reasonable cost. The people at Howard's were very helpful and friendly and we could not have been happier with the service and how they worked with us time-wise. What could have been a disastrous vacation day turned out just fine with their help with our car.”
