“Total satisfaction right from the start! We were headed from Columbus, Ohio, to the ferry to Kelly's Island when our tire was punctured by a nail. We left our car at Howards for tire repair and went on to the island. After a long day on the island, we returned to find the tire repaired for a very reasonable cost. The people at Howard's were very helpful and friendly and we could not have been happier with the service and how they worked with us time-wise. What could have been a disastrous vacation day turned out just fine with their help with our car.”
“Sometimes they are a little late but thats to be expected of any bus system. I work with cedar point and there are ALOT of internationals working for cedar point wanting to go to to the mall and downtown etc. The bus drivers are always so nice even sending more buses to heavy traffic stops when needed. They are always going out of their way to get you where you need to go”
