Tara was the representative that helped me and she was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient. I came in late right before they closed and she never made me feel rushed, even though we ended up being there well after close. Thank you again to Tara she was awesome

Christopher and Tara helped us immensely! We had to add two lines, including a new phone. They were friendly and patient with us. We didn’t know how any of it works and they explained each step.

Best service I’ve ever received at a phone/internet appointment from Tara! She helped me switch my phone plan and when my old provider made it difficult, she was there to help! She also made it easy to bundle my internet and phone bill. Highly recommend asking for her.

They charge a 15 difference for internet speeds! 50 for low 65 for mid and 80 for fast! Although you’re paying the next tier up with taxes and router rental fee!!! Too Expensive!!!

Steve and Chris were so awesome! 2 wonderful young men! Steve fixed my watch in 5 minutes, after 2 hours on the phone with AT&T, who then directed me to Samsung and another 2 hours on the phone they directed me to a Samsung store in Strongsville, where I was told they could not fix the watch. I wasted all of this time and travel! I just paid off the $500 smart watch and Steve was a Godsend! Chris as well! Thank you both so much 🙏❤️!

I stopped into the AT&T store on Detroit Rd. in Lakewood a few days ago. Ken, the associate on duty, was talking to two ladies about their phones. He greeted me immediately and told me he would be with me shortly unless I had a quick question which I did.
I could not turn on the ringer on my new Iphone 15 Pro Max. Ken looked at my phone and like a Wizard, diagnosed the problem in 15 seconds
I had gone deep into my settings one day and messed everything up. Without Ken’s assistance, I would probably still not have a working ringer like some sort of dummy
