Absolutely great guys at this location! I went in on Saturday 1/18/25 after calling about possibly getting the wrong wiper blades for my car. I asked if I can come in and they could install them for me...they said absolutely.
I brought in some cash to tip the gentleman, and he said "It's ok, we do this all the time."
From the tone on the phone to the great service in person, you guys are really great. I hope the company is treating you well.

Saturday Morning Feb1 My windshield wipers broke due to ice buildup and me chopping away at them, I went to my exercise class and then to AutoZone(Lakewood )The guy working thus morning was so nice and so informative .He then put my new windshield wipers on for me .”Grateful !!!Rita

I was on my way home from work when my windshield wiper broke. I stopped in as soon as they opened, and they were extremely helpful in getting me the right wiper and installing it for me. Thank you!

Bought "New" front Rotors for my car. They were completely rusted and chipped. When I went to return them and get a new pair the worker said that they had no clue where thier manager was. Apparently they just left the store and didn't tell anyone. They had to call a manager at another store to process the return. Insane and extremely unprofessional to leave new hires by themselves to run the store for you.

ask 2 different guys for help and you'll get 2 totally different answers. half the people there are just clerks, they couldn't even change a tire. AND they're extraordinarily overpriced. use only in case of emergency and you know exactly what you're doing and what you need to buy because you'll find no help there
