Celeste did such an amazing job on my hair! She took me from dark brown to a beautiful dark blonde and I am so happy with it! She clearly explained the process and was so sweet and fun to talk to. Definitely will be coming back and I highly recommend her!!

Love this place I was stopping in from out of town and Grace was able to fit me in for a last minute haircut. Wonderful fast service and great attitude 10/10 would come again!!

Terrible haircuts here for two years and today I decided to end my appointments every 4 weeks. Single process color dye jobs barely ok except for ruining my sweatshirt or getting wet from the rinse job or missing neck hairs repeatedly.. Then a month ago the receptionist asked me to post a review, which I didn’t bother because I wasn’t really happy, until this past visit when I asked for a trim. The whole experience was so bad, even after we discussed it for too long because the stylist, Grace, was not getting it. She told me the issue was maybe because of menopause. Rude but I ignored that comment.
Then she whacked into the disaster of a haircut. Too much cut off the bottom not even near my shoulders and the shortest layer from top starting below my lips, when I had asked for a shorter layer starting above my nose and layers down to length at my shoulders. I even sent her a video demonstrating the haircut I wanted 6 months ago but she didn’t really incorporate the techniques then so apparently she can’t learn new skills. All she did this time was whine about not being able to layer the top, then just cut off the bottom 3 inches.
Too bad because the first stylist I had at this shop was pretty good, but she quit after 8 months right after Christmas and the receptionist suddenly became my new stylist. Cannot recommend this salon. Never saw or heard from the owner. Cost me $128 with tip for root touch up and trim every 4 weeks.
My recent “trim” has 3 inch long stragglers hanging down my neck that she missed with the straight across cut near the nape of my neck. The grey roots she missed (again) down at my neck are very obvious now.
I also had to remind her to pull the color through again because she keeps no records or doesn’t refer to what services I need every month. Do I want deep conditioner to make my hair flatter? No thanks Grace. Sick of explaining to you how to care for, cut, color and style my hair.
Then after I called upset at the service and left a message, my phone number was blocked at both stores. So apparently they have issues with unhappy customers complaining on top of everything else.
I will take my cash elsewhere and you should too. I am posting a picture but it’s embarrassing. This is how she cut my hair. Just straight across the bottom, uneven with stragglers of my old length. I can’t even put it in a decent ponytail, and forget about a french twist. Pathetic.

This is truly the best place! Especially when you are a busy mom- they make sure you are reminded and well taken care of. I was “assigned” to Madeline and it was a match made in heaven. She knows what works best for my hair and HEARS my visions and ideas. Every time I leave this place. I feel like a brand new person. Thank you!

I have been coming here for years my hair goes down to my butt and I am also blonde and with my hair being as long as it is I’m so careful about who I trust my hair with!! My stylist Celeste is such a vibe, kind, and funny I would trust her with my life she always does a perfect job and makes taking care of my hair a breeze she’s really a master of her craft!!!

What a great find. Such a great space, and awesome stylists. I went to Madeleine for the first time and she got my style perfect! So cute and she was young and energetic and so sweet. I watched two styles being completed on others and they were both so pleased. The treatment she put on my hair brought back the shine and softness. Fabulous experience. Finally found a salon that fits my needs.

I moved to Cleveland about 2 years ago and was on the hunt for a new hair stylist, walked into blushing beauty off their reviews and boy am I thankful for finding this place! My hair stylist (aka magician, gossiper, therapist) Celeste is SOOO talented at what she does. I was out of here feeling so beautiful and confident. Celeste is always so attentive to what I ask for (even though sometimes I have nothing more than a Pinterest photo 🤣), she clearly communicates expectations (no, we can not go from black to blonde in a session let’s do this to get you lighter and work towards blonder over time) and overall is just so sweet! I can’t recommend this salon, or Celeste, enough!!!!

I go to Celeste every 6 weeks and she is phenomenal!! First stylist I’ve completely trusted with color and cuts. And they play good TV shows when you wait. 10/10 recommend!

I went to blushing beauty for the first time today for a haircut and had such a great experience. I am someone that dreads, but Grace killed my hair!! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a great blowout - I left feeling so confident! I definitely recommend going here for your next haircut!

I’m so glad that I found this salon! My hair was in pretty bad shape from too much bleach and a few bad cuts. Grace is professional, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair and products and my hair is WAY better/healthier after seeing her at Blushing Beauty Salon in Lakewood for the past year.
