Went through the drive through to pick up an Uber order around 11pm. I was told I had to go back around and wait in line again for the second order because they were "slammed" and only had 3 workers inside. I pulled around and waited again but once I got to the window the second time I was told it would be at least another 15 minutes and I would have to pull up to wait again because there were "paying" customers behind me because somehow their food was ready but mine wouldn't be done for at least 15 more minutes. When I told her I was a paying customer too and I shouldn't have to go around a third time that I was just doing my job just like her she told me I had to leave and she would call the police which she did!Completely unprofessional and so rude!

I paid for 4 bacon egg and cheese croissants, 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and a small hash brown. I was buying this for my employees for breakfast.It was missing 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants. This was me giving this Burger King another chance after the last time I ordered a large order(I had a few people over to help me clear out my moms house) I was yelled at by the manager(assumption) for making such a large order at the drive thru and should go inside next time. Also that time they closed breakfast at 10:10am. How am I supposed to know these things. It's not posted if you spent $75 in the drive through you had to order inside. I didn't know they stop cooking eggs at 10am and put the egg cooker away and I was told that they couldn't cook anymore hashes because they were busy cooking lunch. I'm done going to not just this location but the entire brand. I will pay the $35 fee for the stop payment for this on the principle.

Soda pop system had no ice. Warm drinks. Customer in dining room sleeping. Another customer carried his own food and drinks in with him and sat there and ate. Dining room dirty and staff not wearing hairnets or hats in some cases.

Ice cold food. Food just thrown in the bag,not much effort put into wrapping the food. And there was an onion ring in with my French Fries. Used to be a good place. Not no more.

Worst location I have ever been too. Came through and order 3 meals for my staff. Fries were old as in a few hours old and dropped back in the oil and heated back up. Chicken looked burnt dried out and looked like jerky. Whopper Jr was dried out. You should actually be ashamed to serve food like that. Do

The second time, I chose this location for lunch & both times, food was ice cold. Couldn't eat it, & not enough time to take back. So, I went without lunch. I did call to lodge a complaint and was offered a complimentary meal.PSA: Burger King; let's try giving people a HOT meal without all the hassles. Thanks!

Fries take 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Why am I being served fries that were cooked during the Obama administration?!? They literally stunk up my entire car. Burger turned my stomach. This isn’t that hard.

We drove up to the drive thru and got told their was 1 employee in the kitchen. So we waited to place our order then we said a King Jr nugget meal so the employee said "What?" while we could hear another voice so we spoke the meal again and he replied "Don't yell at me". Their are SO MANY things wrong with this interaction from the start. Fresh when we drive up we cannot see in the restaurant and a voice saying " Hello, I can get your order in one moment please" or any variation would of been good. When the person on the headset says "what" and you repeat it for them to then to disrespect us for repeating, we are not any of the people before them or were we not rude to this man but we did drive off and will not ever return to that store .
