The older man did help me but he wasn't friendly he made me feel very uncomfortable like what do you want. I really wouldn't like to deal with him. Hopefully there is so.eobe else.there was a bag with a lock and I'm renting the storage fir 1 year really he could have given it to me. Don't really care for the older man with white hair!!!!!!!

Jim here is unbelievably helpful with all my warehouse needs. He responds very quickly and always looks out for my best interest. I feel like a part of the family here. The staff are friendly and the facility is always clean, I don’t know how they do it! My unit is climate controlled and it always feels good to go in on a hot day to inventory what I have. Thanks Jim for all you do!

Review: Completely screwed me. Never use this facility.
The little property I had left to start over with was stored here, and ravaged by rats which were able to enter through poor insulation in the corner of the unit. A sectional couch which cost over $1,200 was covered in rat feces and had been torn, likely for the rats to live inside. Other furniture was significantly damaged, drawers filled with rat droppings.
My moving crew became ill because rat turds are toxic to be around. To make matters worse, CubeSmart sells a protection plan, which I paid monthly for, for some reason. THIS IS A SCAM. It covers a sonic boom(?) but NOT rodents. They hide it in the fine print. My claim was denied.
When I notified the staff about this infestation, they were not interested in seeing the damage. No level of concern, just casually gave me a brochure for the claim they likely knew I'd be denied for.
This CubeSmart location has made the last week of my life a living hell, and cost me thousands. What happened to businesses giving a damn?

Been with cube smart going on two years now have a 10 by 10 storage unit and Been raising my prices for the last few months and you called to see if they can bring the price down and they have attitude with you . Bad for business if I wasn’t and another state they wouldn’t be getting my money

Pricing could be much more reasonable, but the space was adequate and dry which were my primary needs. They do not pro-rate if you move out in the middle of the month which I’m sure is in the contract, but I feel is bad business.
I reached to their email address provided in their response below and have not heard back since 12/29 (posting this edit on 1/7). So even their corporate customer service is not especially helpful despite how they make it look with their quick responses to negative reviews.

Clean and well maintained property, but the five stars is a reflection on how easy it was to sign up, the clarity of the pricing, and the patience and professionalism of the associate who helped me sign in.
Cannot recommend them highly enough!

A good place to rent storages and keep your goods before processing or distribution, very secure and Cams everywhere. Main gate has a digital lock code only storage owners have access to it.
