Stay away from Minute Clinic unless you have a "Cadillac" medical plan. The doctor was great and cost semi reasonable, then I just got a $418 bill from Quest Diagnostics for 2 blood and 1 urine test. Cost and use of the most expensive lab in the country was not disclosed. I wonder how much in rebates CVS gets from Quest for helping rip people off. Have been trying to call the main minute clinic customer service and can't get anyone, I'm in hold for over an hour and it just says the wait is more than 10 minutes. Hmmm, high call volume, guess I'm not the only minute clinic patient getting ripped off by whatever lucrative arrangement CVS has with Quest. The total cost for a quick visit and 10 antibiotic pills now totals almost $800. What a scam.

The pharmacy gets a 0. Went there around 7p on a monday.Pharmacist didn't have compassion as I was post opp, told me 45 minutes for my pain meds bc others were also sick. I told him post opp is a level above sick right? He said no. Wait my turn- have someone come back and get my meds. How does he know if I live alone or not? Also didn't get a text it was ready until 8am next day.The selection and prices are great, that means CVS is doing something right. But this place has police coming 2x a month over theft. I won't go here after dark.

I recently had an issue with this location where since I carry diabetic supplies on me due to being type 1 diabetic, I would set off the alarm at the entrance. They banned me so I settled It online and emailed CVS and got confirmation from the location I was no banned. Upon returning a lady told me I was still banned and kicked me out without even letting me show her my communication with the store previously that confirmed I was no longer banned. Not just this, the entire store backed her and would not let me explain my situation. Now I have nowhere to walk from my house to get diabetic test strips. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Waited 30 minutes for perscription. Place has no bathrooms. How is a business able to run without a bathroom?

There website shows that there are appointments available and also states that walk-in appointments are available and welcome. I tried multiple times to schedule, getting to the appointment confirmation page but then receiveing a message that there was an error. Finally I decided that I would just try the walk in. There was absolutely no one there and I was told that I couldn't receive care because they were double booked. I explained the issue trying to schedule, and was told they were double booked. I asked if I could wait for a cancellation, because again...there was not a single person there ...and I was told no. There are very few options for veterans to receive care. CVS is one of the only places to receive care other then the VA hospital. So after being repeatedly denied care by CVS I will have to waste the VA's time and resources to be seen at the Emergency room for an ear infection.

Pharmacy takes forever to do anything. They will even just casually wave back when you wave at them in drive through to get their attention but won't make any effort. Like they think it's funny I have been sitting here for 15 min.

Mom mom was on hold for 15 minutes twice and each time a worker came on the line they hung up on her. My mom really needs to get insulin I get being busy but coming from someone who works in Custer service you ALWAYS should be there for your customers no matter what because they are depending on you for service. Something needs to be done because reading the other reviews it looks like nobody had a good experience.

Prescriptions keep getting missed and not filled. Contrary to the other posts here, I think this pharmacy is overwhelmed. They work like crazy. They do not have the employees or space to properly get everything done without errors. If corporate reads this, please redesign the pharmacy and add more pharmacists.

Pharmacy staff is angry and very unfriendly. I get that you are busy but at least fake some kindness. The person at the Pharmacy checkout mumbles and tosses your prescription on the counter without a word. No thank you, have a nice day...nothing. she obviously hates her job

Outstanding! I moved to Lakewood (without a car) about a year ago and I am so grateful that this is my neighborhood pharmacy. The two lead pharmacists—Kim and George—are so helpful, caring and professional. As is their excellent staff (shoutout to Sam!). They all really care about their customers and I can’t recommend this pharmacy highly enough!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! Horrible customer service and ZERO sense of urgency. Don't even waste your time getting medicine here.
