Service at pharmacy was very disappointing. I am very sick just left urgent care which they send in 2 prescriptions in at 1:15. I understand pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2. I called at 2 and asked if my prescription could please be rushed because I didn’t want to drive all the way home and back. I am in a boot from foot surgery and sick. All the lady said was it’s in the red basket. I explained I would wait in parking lot. It’s now been 45 minutes. Still no prescription. I guess I am just use to the great service and friendly staff at Broadview Hts location .

Pharmacy is not the greatest which is a shame considering the other parts of the store like the service desk and checkout counter are wonderful.

The store and pharmacy are excellent. Especially the pharmacy always helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always well stocked and I found everything that I needed within a distance.

Kiara at the pharmacy was extremely helpful, courteous, patient and so nice to me when I asked her questions about my prescription.She explained everything in detail, better than my own doctor could ever have.
She deserves kudos and a big pay raise! Thank you Kiara!

The store associate working tonight, Alyssa, was terrible. She poured my basket out without a care of what was in it and said rudely how she was used to people taking everything out for her. She then put those items back in the basket rather than a bag after scanning them. I told her she could put them back and left for a different store. She shouldn’t be working upfront if she can’t act like a normal person.

I checked out on 8/7 with cashier Elaine L. It was a horrible experience. The customers before and after me were greeted but I was not. She looked extremely disgusted once I got to the register, I’m lucky that she handed me the receipt instead of putting it on the counter. No hello, no conversation or any eye contact. On the receipt it’s listed that she’s the manager as well. Her customer service skills need some work. You can’t manage a store with a nasty attitude. It was like I was talking to myself. Please do better.

Pharmacy customers, beware! I understand the issues Drug Mart might be having with the high turnover rate for pharmacy technicians at this location(it seems that there's always a new person there every time I visit the store). Most of the pharmacy technicians are ok, customer service wise, some are very good and a handful not so good in dealing with customers, probably due to lack of training. But when it comes to the two female pharmacists, you have a 50/50 chance to get a bad experience. If you're lucky, you'll get the younger one: she's always nice, courteous and willing to help; I believe she's newer to this store. On the other hand, you might get the other one, and then you might as well turn around and leave, because you're not going to get any help from her. I strongly advise against asking her any questions because she doesn't like to be interrupted from whatever she's doing, period. If she does answer any question at all, she's just plain rude, acts like she's doing you a great favor, and you get the feeling that you would've been better off if you've never asked a question in the first place. Her arrogance is obvious for anyone to see. Oh, and one more thing: don't bother to say "thank you", she'll never answer back.

The overweight miserable looking older lady at cash register 1 today on Nov 24th was very rude to me throughtout the whole interaction.I got to the register and said hello and was greeted with silence.Then i put my 2 drinks on the counter and went to ask for a pack of cigarettes before i could get past “can i have” i was interrupted with a “I.D”Then she scanned my i.d and told me “dont work, cant get it”She refused to scan it again (mind you ill be 22 in less than a month and the i.d is valid)So i couldnt get the cigarettes for my father then i wanted to buy the drinks with my food card and clicked the wrong button so i asked her to fix the screen for me and was followed by a “you cant get nothing” then she took the bag away and put it behind the counter. And refused to let me purchase my items.Then i went and got new items and went to a different cash register where she scanned my I.D with no problems and i purchased my items with no problems.Drug Mart really needs to check their employees because they are gonna try and play the wrong people on the right day.Having employees who look and act miserable on the job isnt a good look for the franchise.Im very disappointed in my experience here especially since iv gone to this specific drugmart since i was 12.

To the manager Chad, coming from a 36 year old woman. Some women compare makeup to see what best suits their skin tone. You made the mistake of following me & waited for me at the exit, thinking I stole something. Ironically the alarm went off when I exited with receipt & makeup, that I regret purchasing. I gave yourself and your kind security guard full permission to search my things. When all along, it was your mistake and the makeup I bought had been the cause of the alarm (That purchased makeup on receipt ).I've been coming to drug mart since my mother in law worked at the prior location which is value world now. How disappointing, stop racial profiling.
