Seriously, they are so frustrating. A simple transaction such as cancelling a debit card and getting a replacement turns into a giant nightmare of at least three weeks with them each time. They block cards but don't process the new one. Then block ones you never receive. It has taken me two weeks, 4 phone calls and a trip into the bank and i still don't have my card. I have to call again. Beyond terrible processes. This happened two years ago as well or i would think it's a fluke.

Isabelle was very helpful in getting my credit paperwork in order. She most definitely knew what she was doing and explain to me so I could understand. That was very helpful, the whole fifth third team was right on the ball.... Good Job ?

Terrible bank. I have a laundry list of issues with 5/3. You'll be charged fees because their systems don't talk to each other, they'll lie about it and tell you that you won't but then do it anyway. They won't issue counter checks. I could go on. I'd advise banking with a more reputable institution. 5/3 is Wells Fargo levels of sketch.

I spent a significant amount of time talking with a Personal Banker about applying for a home equity line of credit and providing all of my personal information and documentation only to be ignored by all parties involved and receiving absolutely no follow up on the status of my application. I am disappointed in the customer service of this branch and will not do any business here and would not recommend based on my experience.

I only give one star because I used to love this bank before covid. Now they change staff like every month and they're not efficient like it used to be, they make you wait in the drive thru until all the clients inside leave the branch. I've been through this more then 3 times, They don't value me as an old costumer, I am so disappointed. Hopefully the manager talks to the staff as I all ready spoke to him.

First time coming to this location. Showed up at 4:35pm. Stood in a empty line for 15 mins because everyone wanted to shut down early… terrible service. You close at 5pm not anytime before. Im sure people would appreciate it if you followed your guidelines. Also never got greeted. Terrible

This bank needs to go bankruptcy. Terrible service, they always transfer you around. I have spoken to 5 people and entered my information five times now and still not able to speak to the right person who can help. They took three months just to allow me create the online access to pay my mortgage. Can you believe that??? I wish I had control who my mortgage was sold to or will be sold to. Just terrible.
