My oldest grandniece and I went to the Down Dogs for City Dogs class to benefit the City Dogs animal shelter this past Sunday!! We love it so much, we both signed up for the same class next month!! Nicole McLaughlin totally rocked the class with the music from Journey!!

Such a great historical place with a cool vibe. Participated in an awesome restorative yoga class and am excited to sign up for other opportunities. I was looking for my “ yoga home” and I think I found it at Firehouse Yoga.

Welcoming space for all levels. They offer different types of classes that are unique to Firehouse. Very prop-friendly which I appreciate. Location in Lakewood is great!
