Huntington closed my account because of a scammer,and I had all my money in my account.they're just sitting on my interest it's taking a while for me to get my money.

The young people who work here need customer service training. They just walk away from customers and/or ignore customers for long periods of time. Maybe they are doing something for me but it doesn’t feel like it. Makes me feel abandoned.

No one in line and they still will have you wait 10 minutes to be served with 3 tellers working , this place is outrageous

The teller working today was extremely friendly and helpful with a certified cashiers check. Going inside a bank is almost as bad as the DMV but she made it smooth and painless. Thanks

The teller would not deposit my child's ssid check in my account, bc she said I had to have a payee account!! Ignorance. I'm unsure why she thinks she knows more than the SSA. She totally didn't know what she is talking about, as my child is underage. I will not be banking with Huntington much longer. Ridiculous.

Lakewood Huntington is the absolute worst in customer service. Huntington is my bank and they are my branch. Every single time I deal with my branch they are rude, unprofessional, and make up excuses as to why other branches preform services that they do not. I would give a minus star if it were possible. My advice choose a bank that appreciates their customers not Huntington

Horrible service , worst bank there is. No local branches across United States, low withdrawal limits, I could go on and on. Can’t wait to close my account with them. Stay far away.

The employees of this branch are incapable of doing any thing more complicated than deposits and withdrawals. I tried to open a new bank account that was specifically Not Linked to my previous account. Only to end up with 2 accounts that are linked and i still have a mystery phone number on my account that i told the guy to take off and replace with the proper number..... it is still there. Garbage bank.

Have gone through a solid year of fraudulent charges to my account. 4 pages of disputes that were never entered into the system and when i went back the guy that was helping me "quit" and they told me they couldnt locate my information on the disputes. What? Youre a bank! Thousands of dollars taken and havent recieved anything back but maybe $50 total. The "branch manager" fought with me via phone when i asked to make an appt. To sit down and talk about everything. He said "well are you going to show up?" What kind of manager talks to a customer in that manner after everything that has happened to my account. The lady also never gave me back my debit cards that had a pin attached. By law they are suppose to give the card back. She FedEx'ed me a new one lol. I had to hire a lawyer and spend yet MORE MONEY because of them, to look into my issues that could have been easily resolved. This bank is nothing but BS, and i would not reccomend it to ANYONE.

Been with the Huntington Bank since I first started saving my money and still when I had to switch over to a different location Huntington still held true to it's business. With good service and people who actually care about there customers it's like they know what I'm there for the second I walk in the door. Which in my opinion is awesome when I don't have time to deal with long drawn out plans because like everyone I more important things to do with my time you know.

I use to come here alot but I came in here a couple months ago and the big guy was very rude and denied to help me because my account was overdrawn and I asked him very nicely if he could please take my loose change mind you 90% of it was quarters and he refused and said I need to come back when I can roll it my self . I do understand that its probably aggravating if someone came in with a 1000 pennies I would understand that but I literally had like 8$ in quarters and a couple other loose change not much at all . And they have a tray that helps them easily count it and he lied and said he didnt when I was clearly looking at it behind him and other bank tellers have used it for the exact reason . Then today I came in again with 90% QUARTERS and the lady Jodie said "I guess I can help you this time" but she gave me the cold shoulder the WHOLE time. I honestly dont understand what the problem was when they literally sit in a chair ALL DAY and handle money God forbid you help someone and treat them correctly too I just don't understand the problem when it was literally all quarters practically they act like they had to work so much harder . Will not be returning here since I get treated like a second class citizen everytime .
