James Games & More is a retro video game store in Lakewood and an important part of the video game scene in Ohio. The ownership runs the store very well. The staff are the absolute nicest, most helpful, and friendly people, offering outstanding customer service. They are consistently helpful and kind, always giving fair prices and transparent, decent deals for buying and trades, often the best and lowest prices around. Their collection is excellent, well-curated, and incredible, with a nice variety of retro gaming and iconic swag that feels like a museum. The owners clearly have a great eye and know their games. For any retro gamer in the area, this small business is highly recommended and absolutely rules.
One of the best video game shops around. They make you feel welcome everytime you visit which is why they've been in business for over 15 years. Shops like these are rare, so stop by you won't regret it!

I love every time I come into James Games, I’m transported back in time to video game eras of the past with the decor and games. Very friendly service and I love that they update their Instagram regularly to see what is going out for sale. Have found some retro gems here!
