Took my 2021 Civic there for an oil change and discovered that they completely messed up the shield that needs removed to change the oil. It’s now missing 4 quarter turn fasteners and one of the bolts was replaced with the wrong size and was just hanging down completely jammed in.

Made a appointment to get my ac checked on and when I got there told me that the day is too cold for it no courtesy call or nothing before I got there drove 40 minutes very rude also

Will Never go there again. Guys were awesome Fast and provided exceptional service the first time I went, I went back for a concern and the guy that attended me was rude and disrespectful, got mad cause I told him I wasn’t a mechanic and got all defensive and told me if I didn’t want to hear what he had to say he would back me out and to never go there again. Certainly not going back he can count on that

My worst experience ever i take My car for a 9.am apartments an got it tell 11 pls my problem didn't fix 1% just unprofessional people working there no experience wat so ever I will never let my worst enermy go there 0 star for me.....

The guy who checked me in.. remembered our phone call and what store i was even at before coming in.. when I arrived and checked in. Was told 20-30mins. It's not about the time. It's that I went up to counter after 90 minutes for an update. The same guy then denies how long I've been waiting for. Wouldnt check the computer for when he checked me in. The laziness and rudeness is unacceptable. There was area for a solution with good customer service. But having a authority/power trip impart of own choices and fault is not how a service provider should act.

I took my car in on 11/12/2024 for an oil change everything seemed to be fine. I was made aware that i needed brake pads, rotors, and two or 3 new tires. I declined that service as I already had ordered those new car parts from another shop online. Shortly after I got my car back and nearly two weeks later my oil light comes on it has never came on immediately after getting an oil change. The light wasn’t steady at first it came on and off periodically, so I went back to the shop to express my concern a few weeks later I was told my oil level was fine and that it might be an electrical issue with a faulty sensor as he looked and acted as if there was nothing they can do about it. I left and booked an appointment with my dealership I am still awaiting my appointment for the dealership I’ve had some fuses changed and a new battery installed and the light is still on. I went back up to the shop yesterday to talk to someone the guy tells me that he told me that he “thinks” my car is leaking oil internally, and they topped my oil off last which wasn’t true I was never told that all I was told was that it could be an electrical issue or I wouldn’t have driven my car if I was made aware that my engine is at risk of failing. I was pretty much dismissed didn’t even have the decency to check dipstick again and told to come back another day this was the last shop to work on my vehicle and now suddenly my oil light is on and won’t go off and they’re doing nothing to address the issue but telling me to go to the dealer as if this isn’t a full service shop I’m very unhappy and displeased with this shop. Next time I go to this shop will be to file a complaint for possible negligence during service.

Terrible company messed up my vehicle and won’t even acknowledge me properly or find a resolution as to why my vehicle is now worse than when it went in for service.

Your Employee matt, has a issue with question or getting information right on a tow he ordered. and must be still upset he that he was let go from his last job that he likes to write reviews about my attitude! Due to his attitude? next time make sure the phone is hung up before you start bad mouthing others😉 wrok on your professionalism my friend and ALWAYS make sure the phone is hung up....never had a issue till he arrived at this location been towing for midas for 25 years now

Said they put coolant in my car. Month later water pump breaks and shop saying coolant was a gallon shy. Will never take my car here again .do not take your car here !! A months time is enough when not enough antifreeze when you thought you were taken care of to destroy your water pump. Case closed.

This is a Terrible car repair place please please do not get your car fixed here I’ve taken my car here 4 times and every time they haven’t fixed what the problem was they just give you your car back and have you wait all day for service not only that the day I was getting service done on my vehicle a couple came in complaining as well about breaks not being fixed every time they brought there vehicle in for service this has been a terrible experience not only have I wasted $600 my vehicle hasn’t been fixed these people tell you somethings wrong with your vehicle and have you pay for parts you don’t need it took me to take my car up to the actual dealership place that made my car to find out what was truly wrong with it and I’m typing this review a not even a week of my car being in you guys shop and my engine light coming on again is ridiculous

Super impressed with every aspect of my experience with Midas! Had an oil change and tire rotation set for this morning at a competing major store. Was very disappointed when told I would be sitting all day instead of an hour due to lack of employees after scheduling online to wait in-store. Called a different location of same competitor and same story. Called Midas and drove right over. In and out in no time and saved about $30 for same services. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Also put seat protectors in my truck. And sent a full checklist and report on my Ram. Will keep going back.
