We had booked vaccines for myself, my husband and our 7 year old son. Our son is incredibly fearful of needles and the NP, Rachel, was incredibly validating and kind. She put our son at ease and even pretended to give his stuffed monkey a vaccine too. She went about and beyond and you’re lucky to have her as a provider!
