“I cannot say enough about how loving and supportive the staff (and other families) at Brownstone are. They welcomed our 3-year old in the fall and within a few days he was asking to go to daycare-preschool on Saturdays and Sundays. We were new to Brownstone at the time and I was impressed very quickly. I also was amazed at how many long-time families with multiple children there were - who had been going and loving Brownstone for years. Miss Mary and Miss Rana and all of the other teachers are wonderful. They have been steady, loving, and compassionate, and provided great educational programs and activities. I highly recommend Brownstone.”

“The Goddard School of Independence is an Amazing school ! Working in the infant room has been an absolute pleasure! Our staff here are amazing and truly work hard to ensure a safe and suitable learning environment for all of the children. “We loved everything about Goddard in Rocky River! During our son's time there, almost 2 years, he grew so much socially, emotionally and learned the tools for future development. The staff is incredible, the facilities are so nice and clean. If you are looking for a place that is nurturing, reliable and extremely responsive this is the place to send your child. We will miss Goddard and all of our friends!”

“Kids First is an asset to the OF community. While facilities are older, the staff and general morale are wonderful. The staff are kind, attentive, and approachable. Childcare is hard and under appreciated, despite this the staff work hard to make every child feel seen and loved. Our experiences with Amy, Jayden, and Shelby have been great. Our son has learned so much academically and socially. Communication from Kids First is clear and consistent. I love the Procare app they use to share photos, meals, and bathroom break throughout the day. We are looking forward to continuing through their daycare and preschool in the coming years.”

“First off my son has been going here three months before he’s turned one years old and he’s going to be 4.. the daycare teachers that actually stay and have been with him since he was a baby are absolutely wonderful! Taking care of babies/toddlers/kids even big kids is freaking rough that’s why half the parents that get days off from work still stick their kids in daycare so they can give themselves a day of peace! At least I do sometimes!! I trust that my son is in great care there! Miss Willie, Miss Courtney, Miss Michelle and Miss Diane all rock! I have never had a problem with any of the teachers or even Miss Kristi herself! I can stand there and joke with all of them or even tell them about my day. I’m sorry so disgruntled employee got burnt out and just couldn’t do it! Shitty employees will always go bad mouthing a company behind their back that’s what happens. Like I said my son’s been here for about 3 years and I HAVE NEVER had a problem! ??‍♀️”

“I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for this place. I was so nervous to send my son to daycare but I did not have an option, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the right place. The staff was so comforting about the process. All the women who work here are amazing, they go above and beyond for the families. I moved to another city and did not transfer. I would rather make the longer drive to a place I know genuinely cares about the kids and parent.”

“Wow! This school is everything I (as a first time parent) could have ever asked for AND beyond! My preschool-age son has never been away from me, and I was so worried to let him go off to school. But after a long search for schools I came upon Creative Playrooms Westlake (CP-W). From my first phone interaction, to my daily hellos when I drop off my son, everyone there is so kind, caring, extremely responsive to my needs as a parent AND especially to my child's needs. The teachers are some of the kindest and most understanding/sweetest people you can wish to look after your children. Seriously, we parents leave our children with strangers when we drop them off at school, but here at CP-W, it feels like dropping them off with caring family. Also, let me just say the administration and everyone at the front office are fabulous. They listen to my concerns and all the details about my son's demeanor and instantly put me at ease...always willing to work with me on scheduling toward the best outcome for my child. I couldn't recommend them harder to anyone if I tried. Everywhere I go and get asked about my child's school, we both proudly say Creative Playrooms-Westlake because we want everyone to know how great this place is..... absolutely, hands down, the best environment for my child's first school/care center. Don't go looking anywhere else folks....stop in, and see for yourselves (and bring the kiddos so they can feel it out for themselves)...they and you will love it!!!!!”

“I have 2 kids that attend Little Critters and they absolutely love it. I personally love the way that the staff always communicates with and involves the parents in the activities and planning of events. They work really hard with the kids and do such an amazing job.”

“When my oldest two children went to this school it was great, I absolutely loved it. By the time my third child went there it was a whole different management. My youngest went there for 4 days then they decided to kick her out because she did not fit in. Mind you, this was a 4-year-old and it was her first ever experience in a school setting. They couldn't even allow her to get used to the new environment or get settled down. They told me she needed to be evaluated for, I'm not even sure what exactly but reassured me that she was accepted at a preschool that dealt with children with disabilities and special ed. However, I quickly learned that that was all a lie. They never did any of it. When I took my child to the school they suggested I was told my daughter was perfectly fine and she just needed an exposure to a school setting. My daughter had to miss six whole weeks of what should have been her first experience of preschool before she was accepted and enrolled in a whole different School. Now she is in kindergarten where she happens to be one of the three top students of her peers. I will never forget the pain I felt. When my two oldest went there I've seen them deal with kids that had serious behavioral issues and were never kicked out or held accountable But my daughter, the one that couldn't sit still but did not cause any other problems was kicked out without a second thought.”

“I have been very pleased with Bethesda Child Care. The staff is caring and always makes an effort to engage with my children in an individualized way. The center is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for activities and learning resources. My children really love the outdoor play area, it is spacious and safe. During the summer camp and school year we can’t get them to leave!

All the teachers know kids in each grade and are welcoming and kind. The teachers and directors are fantastic at communication and they plan wonderful events for the children and include events for families to attend.”

“Meec is absolutely the best. my daughter attended the speech summer camp and the staff is absolutely the best. they take pride in there work and are amazing with the kids. the speech therapist would let me know what they did for the day and how my daughter did. the teachers are wonderful. everyday they give you a daily report what they did for the day and how the kids did for the day. All the teachers are wonderful meec is absolutely the best.”

“My son started Parma Preschool in December after starting the year at another local preschool, where he had an awful experience. Since he started we've seen such a difference in him! His language has improved, he can write his name, more independent, he's learning how to handle emotions, and he's even working on his big motor skills (he always practices his balance). The school is clean with beautiful classrooms and other play areas throughout the building. They even take the kids outside on nice days. The staff is incredible with the kids, they acknowledge each child, they're friendly, and most importantly, they know how to work with this age group, and meet them where they're at instead of force them into a cookie cutter. We absolutely love this school and what they've done for my son!”

“Let’s start with the fact I’ve never had my kids in daycare because I’ve been scared to enroll them. This daycare is literally so kind, caring and understanding. I have 3 autistic kids and I was worried about them going anywhere but this facility made sure that my girls were good. They got them into speech therapy and I was able to get them a RBT through the center as well.

Ms Marketi, the director, is amazing! She helped me through the whole process. She listens to my concerns and acts accordingly.

Ms Jen, the preschool teacher, is 10/10 the best teacher I’ve ever met! Always a pleasant exchange with her. She get down on the kids level and truly helps them understand.

Ms CiCi, the toddler teacher, is just as wonderful. You can tell she really has her heart in teaching kids. She’s helped my babies learn so much!

Ms Tamyka, the infant teacher, is hilarious. I love her love for my little baby! She’s so attentive and sweet and my baby is absolutely in love with her.

All the staff is wonderful but those four really make the difference. Thank you Clever Bee!!”

“I have been around to a decent amount of daycares and I have learned that daycares are about who watches the children and their attitudes towards their job and the children. I can name daycares that were bad. A lot of owners disguise their character with niceness and when you bring your kids in next thing you know they're changing and showing who they really are as though they pay you to bring your children. But this place right here is mature the teachers are mature not young (however they do have a few young ones that do a great job with my 2-year-old) and appear to be experienced they are respectful happy to be taken care of your child. I've popped up at times just to see what I can about my children and every time they are doing their job taking good care of my 2 and 3-year-old and if I do have a concern they have listened. One time I put my sons in the car his diaper was around his ankle... I brought Marie out to my car to see ...bottom line....they fired the worker immediately! This place is about the parents not protecting workers who are family members to the owners in which the owners are for the workers and not the parents and children. When I brought my son's here they would cry at first now they wave goodbye to me when I leave... If someone mistreats my three-year-old he lets me know he will turn up the minute I pull up to the daycare so if my sons loves it... I definitely love it. I even observed the ladies who handle the babies... everything is in order peaceful in this daycare. As for Marie and The Owner (who is there Everyday hands-on) I never see their personality or politeness change... they are consistent in their characters. If you want respectful people trying to do their best with your child everyday being nice and courteous to you about your children I recommend here... I'm even allowed to prepare my sons food because they are vegetarians.... I appreciate having the opportunity to feed my children myself... The owner and Miss Marie go out their way to try to accommodate and help ?”

“It was just a little confusing where we were going exactly & my husband works for the BCSD ! But we got to where we needed to go . Carol Mansell was great on helping us get me on my husband's insurance because as of the end of April I will not have any & I need it for my Medical issues . my job where I was just up & closed the doors & company no warning no nothing Worked on Monday & on Monday (4-10-2023) at 9:45pm I received a EMail that said I & all other employees were out of a job ! Carol was so great & made my getting on the Insurance fast & easy as well !”

“Always the perfect atmosphere and the music is great. Father Lowe is precise with his homilies and celebration of the Liturgy Mass is never dragged out.As far as our ability the expansive room is really meant for music, with its significant Holtkamp organ, large choir loft, and room for a major Orchestra and/or choir around the altar and a room that opens up to the altar, a former Franciscan Cloister Chapel, that they no use as a crying room.Listening to spoken dialogue is somewhat of a challenge as the room reverberates greatly and any garbled speech can become lost.The overall experience is is very positive.”
