January 2025 Best selection of groceries in the downtown core area. Beautiful building. Helpful staff members. Prices seem in line with area. Heinen’s was recommended by the guide at the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, a place that is well worth a visit too.”
“We love heinens and this location! We are sad they are getting rid of many A2 dairy products which forces us to go to Strongsville location. This store is very cozy and clean and we enjoy seeing the employees here who are always kind. We ask to bring back snowville creamer and origin products! :)”

“Great prices, pretty ok selection of things I need. It has replaced a trip to Giant Eagle. I have not seen anything that wasn't fresh. The staff are constantly moving around restocking shelves and cleaning up. A real efficient good grocery store that has quickly become my favorite.”

“The place is nice and clean. The products are very good quality and the employees are courteous. Prices are expensive, but you get what you pay. A good perk is the discounts that they offer on different products but is not as frequent. You would need to read the bottom of the receipt in order to not miss those discounts. Overall I'm satisfied with their products.”
“Love the CLEANLINESS of ALL Heinen's store you're absolutely paying for the amenities they offer, however, the offset for the prices are simply this you're paying for what you get, you get what you're paying for. They have what I believe HIGHERstandards than ANYother grocer I have shopped at.
I believe they offer a shopping assistant when requested,car loading, groceries delivered to my house,from an employee not a company. It's a personal choice to me to keep my groceries to be picked by a local person thats paid from them to
assist me.
If indeed you want concierge services, and spectacular array of services it would be Heinen's!

“I love shopping at Aldi's, you save money compared to the regular grocery stores. The only thing I hate about Aldi's.... Forcing shoppers to use self checkout by only have one cashier working. If I want to do all that extra work as a senior citizen, to checkout my own groceries,,,I might as well just shop online and do pickup at Walmart. I am not your employee, this is not how to keep customers happy,”

“It really wasn't that bad at all. I had a delivery for them and us truck drivers have to deliver on the street. I came very early and had no problem parking. They were very courteous and unloaded me in a timely manner. I have no problem going back to them again.”
“Good local food store in the middle of a food desert, that you wouldn't expect. I'm disabled so walking up north of Madison to family dollar is a pain, and I have a medical condition that prevents me from eating gluten. So my main grocery store is Aldis once a month, but when I need day to day items walking that far is strenuous and exhausting for me. I'm so grateful to have a local grocery store with cheap unexpired items. Even some household goods. It's like any five and dime or discount and dent store you'd find in the country, so I'm very grateful that this is here and whoever runs it seems aware of the needs of the community.”

“Pleasantly surprising quality goods at very affordable prices. Meats are fresh and tasty, produce is a bit unkempt though everything is fresh, and there are a surprising number of non-staple items such as cornichon, protein powder, and occasionally clothing and housewares. It's a busy location, but surprisingly manageable. Don't forget to bring your own bags.”
