Poor.. service stole my package that was signed by employee DDb .. not professional. If any of my mail ever comes up missing I will file a police report and I file a claim ... Who ever this manager is you really should double check who you have working in that establishment.. Really sad..

They are very nice but packing experts they are not. None of the staff knew how to put together the weird phone shipping box the offer. We ended up having to use a regular box and stuff it full of cushioning.

I’ve been in Cleveland temporarily for the last five months and had to have multiple things shipped to me via this UPS store. I also shipped out multiple packages at the UPS store. The staff has always been friendly and helpful every single time I’ve been in there, including today when I was held by Jesus. About a generally positive experience in most UPS stores, but I like the staff here at this one a lot.

Had an appointment for a passport. Went for my newborn son with my wife and toddler. The attendant was 40 minutes late and stated his shift started at 10:30 (appt was at 10 am) and said upper management would not adjust the online portal, meaning 10 am should not be available. Very poor customer service.

This store takes appointments for notary services but doesn't have a notary on staff. I made the appointment online, received an email confirmation of the appointment as well as a reminder the day of the appointment, went to the store, and was told by the employee that there is no active notary there. Employee also said they've told the owner to remove that information from their website but the owner has not done so. Very frustrating to say the least.
I see from the reviews that this problem was reported over a year ago and the owner has apparently not resolved the issue in over a year, but promised to provide world-class service. I'm not believing they're meeting that goal.

Worst UPS Store I know. Clueless personnel, still pretty rude for good measures, cramped and chaotic and poor parking availability. Rather go to an access point in a laundromat, can't be worse.
