the WORST postal service office in cleveland ohio. Supervisor rude and the girl working there no help either. overall very useless people and the worst customer service ever.

For some reason this post office always has a huge line. There is only 1 person working. This is a big community and there needs to be more employees here. I dont know what usps needs to do to get more people in here but I would try and get someone. This is always a waste of my time, and I'd like to be able to stop in and then get to the rest of my day. This is unbelievable.

If I could give a zero star I would. I really don't like the Lakewood Post Office. Everytime I go there I deal with the laziest, rude and most apathetic people around. They do everything they can to make you wait longer than normal, messing around behind the counter, and then when it is your turn to get service, they frustrate you at every turn of the road. But what should i really expect from government workers?

Hours state they open at 7:30 but at 7:42 they hadn’t opened yet. There was a line of us and we could hear them in the back! I know my job wouldn’t allow that

This place is hell.
I’ll elaborate: I’ve come three days in a row only to stand in line for half an hour before having to leave for work without getting my SINGLE PADDED ENVELOPE SENT. Fix the computer so I can send it myself, this is psychotic. Usually only one person working and a line of 20 people. I feel bad for the staff here.

Please set your employees up for success and give them some change in the cash register to start the day. This is a business, it’s not a big ask. I get not being able to break a $100 at 9am, but I shouldn’t have to hold up an entire line of people because I want to pay with a $20. When I made a comment about it I was told “we’re not a bank”. Obviously? But you’re a business, who accepts cash, which people use to pay??? Not the employees fault, sucks they have to deal with the same complaint all the time I’m sure.

Instead of my mail, I keep getting green ‘vacant address’ cards in my apartment mailbox.
I fill them out, they’re still in the box (5 months later for some)
I call and get hung up on or lied to.
Meanwhile, I haven’t gotten my paychecks for over a month now because they can’t deliver my pay card.
I spoke with Zach/Zack, a supervisor, who told me I won’t be getting any mail if I continue to talk loud’.

I have lived in Lakewood since 1977 and today is the first time that all the mail in my mailbox belonged to my neighbor. I wonder if I got any mail and if so who got it? Will I get it or is it lost and will never get to me?

Always nice, knowledge employees who have helped me with everything I’ve needed. I’ve also seen every employee handle aggressive customers kindly, a tough thing I imagine!

Rude and discourteous, I received horrible service and it was incorrect information - I’ll never come in person again if I can help it. Every single time the IN person service is HORRIBLE !!! The mail carriers are way more friendly but the office???

The clerks were rude. They didn't know how to mail off a passport. They didn't know how much the expedite fee was. They were both useless and definitely need more training!
