“We had our first visit at Lakewood Animal Hospital, and they were amazing! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the vet is knowledgeable and kind to our fur baby. Much to my surprise (since it's in Lakewood), the cost was reasonable and cheaper than other vets we've used in the past! I will be back, and I definitely recommend this vet!”
“I had a perfect experience. I had to take my cat because I was concerned about her sudden weight loss. We were new there and even arrived 10 minutes late (I made a wrong turn). They saw Bella quickly, she is normally a skittish cat but she was so comfortable. We were assured that Bella would be ok, she received all of her necessary vaccines, the procing was reasonable, and everyone was so pleasant. I am so glad that I was referred to this animal hospital. I will bring each of my animals here!”

I have taken my cats to Dr. Bob since the mid-2000's and followed him from his old location with Gateway on Abbey Ave. to this state-of-the-art facility on W. 25th St. he spearheaded in early 2014 with fellow doctors, Matt, Katie, and Sara. Scheduling appointments is easy and ensures you get care when you need it with a variety of reminders to make sure you bring your pet when agreed. This helps the whole process of pet medical care a breeze from caregivers you can trust. I highly recommend this facility.”

“Paws Play-CLE is the best home away from home! I have had to go to Cleveland Clinic a couple of times (traveling from Indiana) and Max & Alayna’s Paws Play has enabled me to bring my Yorkie with me. I hated the idea of boarding him. We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????”
“I have recommended RRAH & Dr. Colleen Madden to many people over these past years. Dr. Madden has been great with our all our dogs over the years. She listens to what you’re saying and examines the dog with gentleness but is also thorough. She presents a plan of care & alternatives available. She’s all about quality of life!
The staff at RRAH are pleasant & kind, knowledgeable as well.
We would highly recommend RRAH for anyone looking to find a vet or wanting to switch to another vet.”

“I cannot tell you all enough about the outstanding, compassionate care that this clinic has provided for my senior cats. Dr. Walker, Dr. Weigel and Dr. Mitzi have been wonderful. They caught a kidney issue with one of my girls several years ago. She was able to have her best life for years more than expected due to the incredible care she received. Sadly, she passed away just recently at the age of 20. The End of Life process and service they provided was truly beautiful. I will be sure to keep my cats with this team for many years to come!”

“My cat was seen here by Dr. Adam's for at least 10 years. She was so amazing with her. She had kidney disease and with her help she lasted several years through it being so caring and patient with her. We had to put her down and they were so amazing with the process making sure we understood everything and put us at ease. They are a bit costly but if you want amazing care Dr. Adam's is totally worth it”
“My ragdoll kitten Pudding was neutered and received shots here. They did an excellent job, I couldn't even tell he got neutered because the incision was done so well.
They were very thorough with the after care instructions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before taking him home. He received great care here and I thank them for taking such good care of him.

“My cat has been seen here before for due to her related health issues and normal check ups. Usually see Dr. Curren but she was off on Friday January 13th so Dr. Kokochak saw my cat. She was wonderful and very thorough as she took so much time discussing my cat's history and the reason for the visit. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns as my cat had not been eating or drinking for two days and was very listless. The staff here is very caring and helpful. I was very pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment as I really didn't want to have to take her to an ER. I had been coming here for many years for care for my other cats as well. Due to the great care by Dr. Kokochak my cat is feeling much better.Cannot say enough great things about the care my cat always receives here.”

“The staff is inviting and helpful. This review may be biased because they all loved my dog. They were informative and efficient.
I will say this though. This was my first time at a vets office in over a decade. I had to lay my 11 year old German Shepherd to rest there. He was a patient at different vets office. But they were booked and it was an urgent necessity.
This hospital was where I took him. Even though that was a long time ago they were an amazing staff. They respected my grief and my wishes. They loved that dog too even though they only got to see him for 30 minutes, at his worst. They made a painful process tolerable. Maybe no one that was there then is there now. However, I still felt the same respect.
It was good for me to link the last moments of his life to some of my first moments of my new puppy. This might not have been as emotional post, but they were helping another family in the same way they helped me so long ago. If your wondering how I know, they place a sign and a candle in the waiting room to ask people to talk in low tones. Not gonna lie I got choked up waiting on my puppy and seeing that sign. I am tearing up now. But now, one of the most painful days of my life has a connection to the birth of my partnership with my newest family member.
This is a long review. TLDR - this office is currently great for your pet. They have a history of caring about us and our pets. That is why I returned after only 1 brief visit over a decade ago.

“Every July, this veterinary practice holds a Pet Carnival. It is one of the highlights of my year. They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!”
“My collie was not feeling well the day before Thanksgiving. They were able to get him (new patient) right in. Could not believe the high level of service. So went back for follow up today. Noticed adequate parking, plenty of yard for dog to do his business outside, carpet on floor of waiting room so he didn't slide, and no crowded waiting room. They do their best to keep pets separated with adequate appointment times. The assistants are kind, gentle, and instantly likeable as they worked around my disability with no comments. BTW, my dog is terrified of vets. not today, he jumped right in the car and walked in with no fuss. his tail was wagging the entire time. Dr. Rahman and I had a long talk about what is going on in my life. He was up front and frank about the care my dog needed for today and in the future. We quickly came up with a care plan. Don't let Dr. Rahman's grey hair fool you. He is very up to date on care needs of my purebred, answers questions, offers options, and my dog never once barked at him or tried to run. You may think he costs more for all the attention. Nope. Prices are comparable to the visiting vets at the shops without all the stress. And, if I have any issues, he said that I should not hesitate to call.
I do recommend Aaron Animal Clinic if you are looking for the vet who treats you and your pet as the family you are. I am already recommending them to friends and family.”

“Wow. I was looking for a specific floating plant for my aquarium. I purchased a batch of frogbit--super green, no snails. What impressed me more was that this is a traditional neighborhood pet store. I will always go here first, instead of a big box chain from now on. Wonderful vibe.”
