I came to Walgreens and had a very bad experience. The person that rung me out name is Shawn. He’s very rude and unprofessional. You guys should look into getting rid of him. His attitude and demeanor is very off and nasty. If I come back to this particular Walgreens on west117th in Lakewood ohio and he’s working at the register I will leave without purchasing anything. This guy makes your Walgreens look very bad. Words of advice . Hire better help.

This store is never in stock for anything. It’s open 24 hours and never has anything.

Told manager I am a veteran with disabilities and needed to use bathroom. They turned me away before I could even finish explaining why.

While I was waiting for my prescription, I asked an associate, manager and pharmacy if I could use the restroom. I was told no due to too many vandals. I tried exposing to the management/ staff that it was for medical purposes to change the gauze seeing I just had major dental work done but to no avail. This os the first review I have ever had to put in on my 38 years on this planet. I’m in absolute disgust and will reach out for legal advice on this matter. The store manager name was Craig.

Dillan (hope I’m remembering his name right…whoever was floating between the FedEx counter and the front early afternoon 6/2) was such a nice person and gave such a positive, kind interaction. It was quick but it made my day and wanted to share!

Employees outside of the Pharmacy are nice. The Pharmacy Staff however will go out of their way to not do any work. They go as far as trying to scam medicaid patients by saying they owe when they do not, and lying about having a particular medication. Was there yesturday and they proceeded to lie multiple times that my medication was out of stock, that my medication was not covered by my insurance, that i owed a particular amount which happens EVERY single time and my insurance is on My Account, this does not happen at any other walgreens..
