I certainly don't recommend I got hurt at work and I was out of work for a month I was approved for holiday pay and I wake up to my bank account money taken out and after 6 days I'm still waiting on my money to be returned I only used them cause I needed a pc for a short time I won't recommend them.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. This is also the first review I’ve ever left on Google if that says anything. We called on Wednesday for a couch and game system that came with two games, we confirmed it would be delivered the same week with their 2-3 day deliver policy and went on with our day. We didn’t receive any emails with out time-slot, so when it hadn’t been delivered by Friday morning we gave them another call. The first call happened at noon where they informed us they had us scheduled for Monday, which was news to us. We then exchanged SEVERAL phone calls with two employees from 2pm-5:30pm who informed us they’d be doing nothing about it. They were both incredibly rude, unapologetic, unwilling to help, and it gets WORSE!!! Hunter, the first employee, informs us the pre-owned gaming system we ordered had been broken for awhile now and he wasn’t sure why the lady we spoke to Wednesday sold it to us. He said we could do another similar system and we asked if we could still get the two games considering all of the other issues with the order and he comes back and says “we don’t have the games.” THEN it turned into “well it doesn’t ACTUALLY come with games since it was pre-leased” even though the woman Wednesday agreed it came with games, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased through them. After trying to figure out delivery with everyone’s work schedule, they inform me they can have someone at my door at 10:10am, 100% and I had BOTH Hunter AND his coworker confirm this after an all day train wreck of disgustingly rude nonsense. Well, here we are, it’s Monday at 11:10 and I’ve already had to call in because there’s no delivery. This time, speaking to a manager, she accuses me of lying about what I was told because her employees can’t promise that because there’s no way for the drivers to be there earlier than scheduled which is 10am. So I’ve at this point had 3 employees lie, there have been several miscommunications and not a single apology. Turns out, her employees lied to HER stating we called at 4pm before close “demanding” delivery we were promised that week due to them being closed the following Saturday. After the trash conversation I had with the manager, I have to ask my mom (who’s name this was under) to call in and move her schedule because we had JUST been informed she needed to be there with an ID after HUNTER asked us the previous Friday if we could have literally anyone there on Monday, not caring who it was, which is why I had moved my personal schedule. My mom called in, she gets an apology from management and we are informed the drivers hadn’t even left yet. Worst hassle, lies all around, these people don’t give a sh*T about you, your time or your money. I recommend the Chillicothe location, they don’t hire pieces of sh*T and lie to you. You’d be better off buying furniture literally anywhere else.

Horrible payments are to much, I’m having come get the stuff back had it scheduled from 11-4 it’s now 8:17 I had to force them to come out tonight if they don’t come soon I’m throwing there stuff to the curb it’s Outrageous

I was trying to return a item and they were supposed to pick it up Monday November 23 and didn't show up. But called that night and asked about my payment. I told them they were supposed to pick it up today. Had arrangements for them to pick it up today November 27th. But again couldn't show up today. So now they are supposed to be here tomorrow to get it. Just how many times is a person supposed to set and wait on them. This was my first experience with the one in Lancaster. Oh and will be my last. Would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed with them.

DO NOT GET FURNITURE HERE! Rich Swauger is the owner. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a while. Don't waste your time and money with them. Recently my father got furniture from them and a payment was sent back from “non sufficient funds†which his bank confirmed was not the case, the employee by the name of “Eric†said there was nothing he can do. So now they want late fees, etc. My father is returning the furniture and will not be dealing with them no more. They are trying to get over on people and that's not fair!

This place is scam. Dont buy furniture from them. We recently attempted to rent furniture from them and received a phone call from them telling us last months payment was returned for non sufficient funds and now they want only cash from us. Problem is our bank said they never processed a payment! Never even attempted to process the payment we thought we were making over the phone. So my question is what exactly are you going to do with that cash?? Why cant we pay with a money order or cashier's check?

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been out of town working and i get paper checks. Needless to say I missed my payment and they could not wait one week when I got back to make my payment. Done waist your time or money with them!
