I have been a client for approximately 20 years and I'm so pleased that I've stayed with American Family for all of these years. I've priced other companies but nothing compares to the premiums that I pay and the people at the David Bell agency in Lancaster Ohio are professional and kind. They genuinely care about my insurance needs. I've had to put a few claims in over the years and it took no time at all for them to settle my claims and my rates didn't change! How often does that happen with other companies? I appreciate LaVonne Burke who does her job efficiently and with compassion she has shown me. Thank you, American Family and David Bell and staff for all that you do and the money you've saved me over the years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an insurance company that cares.

Best insurance company I have ever used. Very prompt and timely when I call in with any questions or concerns, or to just pay my monthly bill. We have everything we own insured with Dave's office and would trust no one else with them. LaVonne is always very bright and bubbly on the phone and is quick to remedy any issues that we may have.

I have had the pleasure of being a customer at the American Family Insurance David Bell location for about 3 years. I have traveled and lived around the globe and I can honestly say this is the BEST place I’ve ever experienced. Lavonne is my insurance agent and she is the priceless piece in the puzzle there. She is so personable and quick on any request I have ever had and I have had to call many times for various reasons. Without Lavonne there, I’d probably switch places just because she’s just THAT good. Highly recommend this place over and over again as it is the absolute BEST you will find in the state of Ohio. Thanks for all the help through the years and I will continue to be an appreciated customer of the David Bell American Family Insurance agency. Also, give this woman a Raise!!
