“My wife and i went there to see about a new t.v. the staff there(particularly a lady named lvy)were very knowledgable and knew there product well and also the financing.my wife has delt with them previously on a bed and they were very good to her.we bought a 49 inch LG smart tv and the next day i had problems with my DVD player.they sent their delivery driver to my house to explain to me what i was doing wrong.now that is taking care of your customers.l strongly reccomend them”

I have been into Best buy several times and the manager, Goose, as always, been amazingly helpful.
I recently opened a restaurant in Lancaster and we needed TVs and sound equipment for ambiance and game day. Auston, initially guided us to the TVs we should purchase for the space. He was extremely knowledgeable of the type of equipment we would need. When we got to the speakers he asked Goose to help us out. Booth went above and beyond to make sure environment for our customers would be a pleasant experience.
