It just isn't what it used to be. Staff aren't as friendly and are a bit too eager to help and pushy. Give the shopper's space n be on hand, ready, and available if and when assistance is needed! Prices are too high, and deals seem to be few far and in between. They have also made some changes to their Geek Squad Protection. Such a disappointment. I will not be renewing my subscription ?

Bought a brand new laptop (Lenovo Yoga 7) four months ago for minimal day to day task (checking emails and reviewing documents). Right away I was upsold on “better” laptop with faster processor. After four months of use the hardware went out and the laptop is junk. You try to call a specific location and all you get is a nationwide call center. You express the issue and get transferred to another department where you will then explain the issue again, with no solution. You can’t mail the laptop in to be fixed you have to be there in person so if you’re far away from a store I guess you’re just out of luck. When the laptop was brand new in store they sold me on a service to remove all the pre downloaded junk that slows a computer down and that was an additional $170, on top of the cost, and it still broke after 4 months of minimal usage. Absolutely would not recommend buying a laptop from any Best Buy location. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and buy elsewhere!
