We had a bed delivered 20 days ago and have yet to have any communication as to when they will be coming back to put it together. They lost the bolts and then told me buy new ones and put it together myself. The Manager I spoke with was not helpful at all this has been a horrible experience.Update they did finally come and put the bed together. But when they were about done they were missing probably 10 screws for the bed. They literally said it doesn't need those. I'm glad I paid for the bed to be put together so that after all this I can still finish it myself and buy the hardware myself to finish it.Update they did knock money off my bill to make this right.

We had a great experience. We never felt pressure to buy. We bought a few things from Cory Brown in the past, and he always gives excellent customer service. This time was no different.

Went to Big Sandy Superstore, in Lancaster, to see about getting a new mattress. We were greeted by Cory Brown. Cory took time to listen to our needs in finding a new mattress and to help us in making a sound decision. Thanks to Cory I am looking forward to alot of good night's of sleep when my new mattress arrives!

My wife kept bugging me about getting a new bed...Although we both had back issues. I thought our bed was in good shape, until she talked me in to stopping by Big Sandy. Cory in bedding showed me how wrong I was! Now I'm sleeping better and not having the back pain anymore!

I be honest was hating to stop in the store because we were needing to speak to someone about an issue with a mattress we had purchased in Jan 2024. We were greeted by a gentleman named Zander very friendly and helpful. He pointed us to the guy in the mattress department, Cory, that helped us with the issue.
